- Central to Dingle, the Benner’s Hotel is very clean, furnished to create a bright, warm and cosy atmosphere. - Staff are very welcoming and do their best to make your stay a good one. - The restaurant’s chef (both for breakfast and especially for dinner) is exceptional - really excellent Irish dishes, or Irish takes on exotic meals. - Free on-site parking is a plus.
- Bright LED floodlights shine upon the carpark nightly, and although there is a large blackout curtain between the central bedroom and the sort of loggia-style nook that juts out onto the carpark, this strong blue light leaks into the room for the whole night, making it impossible to truly darken the room at night. I thought it was just our room, but looking at the placement of these lights it apparently affects every room. - The hotel could have let us know that heavy renovations were taking place during our stay (from 08:00-17:30 daily). Thankfully our itinerary had us out and about, but if we’d had to stay in for a day that wouldn’t have been so comfortable.

The staff is welcoming & professional. Check in was a pleasure. Our room had a comfortable sitting area with a great view of the hills & sheep. The bed is quite firm with flat pillows & comfortable bedding. Housekeeping was awesome! The many sitting areas in the hotel are quite comfortable. The restaurant bar area was welcoming & the service was exceptional. The location is perfect and very close to shops & restaurants. The Benner’s parking lot was an added bonus to this fabulous hotel.
When arriving for breakfast each morning at 9:30 the self serve cereal, juice, yogurt, fruit & pastry area was quite depleted & were not replenished. However the hot meal items you can order were delicious.

This is a great location right in the middle of Dingle. The Benners is a cool historic property with on site parking which is a premium, and a wonderful full breakfast. We enjoyed having a drink in the lobby area, and it was fun to visit with others staying at the hotel there. There's also a nice patio area outside the dining area. We stayed in the "original" section of the hotel, and our room was huge with a large nice modern bathroom and a great tub. Our room overlooked the main street in town, but we were not bothered by any noise. To be noted.. the furnishings in the room are historic. We enjoyed this but others may not. Additionally there is no lift/elevator for this area of the hotel and there are a lot of stairs. There is another more "modern" area of the hotel that DOES have a lift, so that should be considered if stairs are an issue.

Dingle Benners is probably the best place to stay in Dingle. We were lucky to get an upgraded room on check in when we arrived, big room, big bed and lots of space for bags which we needed. Absolutely recommend including breakfast with your stay, they really looked after us. The hotel is smack bang in the centre of town, definitely read the instructions and make yourself familiar on how to get to the car park. Small streets, easy to miss. The instructions were clear though and we found it on the first go. The hotel pub is great, highly recommend the bangers and mash and a pint of guiness after a long day of driving. The staff were friendly and very accomodating so close to shutting down for the night. Recommend this as your central point for Slea Head drive and Blasket Islands tours. Thankyou Dingle Benners

Great location, great property, great staff overall.
At Dinner we felt rushed by the manager or head staff ( not sure what he was ) and he was a little rude. Also when we arrived we got a drink at the bar this same restaurant manager kept grabbing clean glass over me while i was sitting at the bar, the other staff members went around the bar to get the glasses he did not. Rude to be a paying customer and having a lead guy in restaurant reaching over you while your enjoying a Fri k. Otherwise the other staff was amazing.

Breakfast every morning was great… I had the EggsBenedict and French toast, my husband had full Irish breakfast. A great way to start our day. The hotel was what you would think of as old world…very charming in a good way. The only caveat was it was hard to find the car park upon arrival due to the narrow streets, but once you figured it out it was not a problem. Dingle is a lovely town with lots of restaurants and pubs which are in perfect walking distance from Benners. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Dingle.
Parking was hard to find upon arrival.

Dingle Benners was an excellent, classy hotel in the heart of Dingle. Excellent location for food, shopping, activities, etc. It was very nice they had their own private parking area (free). We had a room in the original section and it was fantastic! Large room, plenty of seating and tables, nice large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Full buffet/cooked to order breakfast (included) was classy and delicious (plenty of choices). Staff was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. The food was fantastic the staff was so sweet and so helpful. It is walking distance to everything. My wife has Celiac disease and they were able to more than accommodate us. We had so much food and it was so delicious. WE WILL BE BACK!
There is nothing I disliked about this hotel.

Nimh at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. She helped us find all of our new favorite spots in Dingle. She was kind, patient, knowledgable, funny, and just all-around reliable and easy to interact with.
The room was cozy, clean, (and the shower was fantastic!) but it was a bit stuffy for sleeping. We used the standing fan at night and we were grateful it was in the room but we wished the windows opened a bit more. Perhaps the windows are as they are as a safety precaution and that's understandable. And maybe also it was only that one room. We would stay at Benner's again and again but that was our one note.
