They day I arrived I received a message from the owner with very clear Instructions how to reach the place. If you will choose for this place you will find yourself in a very modern appartement, that is located in a busy place with lots of bars and places to eat. I didnt hear any noise from outside. This is a place I would recommend to everyone coming to Haifa , you will feel welcome by the moment you check In and get into your room.

I can't say anything bad about the place because they work hard to make this the best experience for you. You get plenty of towels , place gets cleaned frequently and if I remember right you can connect to 3 WiFi's. The owner is also open to feedback

We got upgraded to a bigger room, to have some more space with our baby. Thank you Moshe Double door for balcony to avoid hearing the noise from the downtown streets were crucial.

-While parking near the hotel on Natanzon 28 street, make sure to NOT use the underground parking spot as it close every day on 20:00 and close on Friday and Saturday, so we found ourself stuck without our car. Fortunately, we could extend the stay with another night

-right off the bat the owner of the place welcomed us and escorted us to our room + gave us coupons for a free beer and a free chaser in the bar downstairs. -many eateries downstairs + am:pm which is nearby so you can get pretty much anything you'd need at anytime -bed was very comfortable and clean. -generally cute and cozy room design. -muffins on the table :) -the interior of the room was clean overall. -we asked the owner to provide us with certain cooking tools if possible - and he did. -owner did his best to search for a Kippah so we could hold a Kiddush in memory of my grandma. -pretty much liked everything other than what's mentioned in what I didn't like, I could really go on for a very long time, it was genuinely a great time PLEASE NOTE: the pictures we've taken are pictures from after our stay, we tried our best to clean the room so we can make it look as identical as we could to what it was beforehand (for example: towels were neatly folded on the bed). Either way, it was similar, and I really liked it.

-location - noisy, but it's mostly because it was Purim and the bar downstairs was hosting a party, and besides, the hotel did do its best to reduce the noise by having 2 windows one after the other. -fridge wasn't clean, floor was a little diry in a few corners -shower was smelly -porch was wet and somewhat dirty

The place is in a fabulous location. For me it was exactly where I wanted to be. No nonce place. Very clean. Easy access.

Nothing that the place can do. It in the center of everything and great nightlife so at night it gets very noisy. Ther is very good windows that block most of the noise but the loud music can be heard. At midnight the music ends.

We arrived at this beautifully renovated building at the center of downtown Haifa, following informative texts from the host (who is the best; even after I accidentally entered the wrong room he was super nice about it). The apartment is spacious, clean, well kept and although above bars&restaurants it is super quiet. Besides the perfect location for everything (nightlife, morning coffee, public transport, shopping etc) the apartments are privet, well designed and well equipped for a long stay as well as for a quick getaway from life.

The leaving part

great location in the lower city, close to Paris square, central station. good restaurants, bars and everything you need you can find nearby. Great owner, attentive and caring. I'll be glad to come back Please note - there is no elevator, but the simple steps and rooms are worth it

- The best of the best location (right near all bars and cafes) - Pet friendly guys (We arrived with our cat Pixie, and Katerina was so friendly with her, especially in cleaning time I was calm about Pixie’s safety and comfort) - Very!!! clean! I’m serious, it is kind of treasure in Israel)) Cleaning every 2-3 days, and the quality of it - 10/10 - Comfortable apartments (you have big bed, mini-kitchen, work zone and balcony, and the bathroom with shower is great) - Careful management (they literally can help you with all of the problems, including warm and friendly talk) - No insects in apartments at all (it was our important point - I hate cockroaches and other God creations))

- Noise around. It wasn’t problem for us, and windows in apartments save from most of sounds, but if you looking for quiet place - it would be not a great choice. Seriously, you will be in epicenter of all Haifa’s bars, so you need to know what you choose :))

Location is great: 10 minutes walk from the train station to Tel Aviv, 1 minute walk from the underground (Ha-Carmelit) and from the bus station to the Krayot (Ha-Metronit). Also, practically in a center of a night-out area, with plenty of bars and hamburger joints. The owner is very nice with an antique museum in the reception. The room was very clean.

There's no elevator.

When i arrived there was a cold bottle of mineral water in the fridge courtesy of the appartement hotel that just saved my arrival from energy during that very warm day from having to run to the store at that moment for water which was the first thing on my mind. The room shower and bathroom was very extra clean, nice linen white and color decoration. They also had some stored package muffins and cookies that just was perfect for arrival until i bought some groceries. Excellent working fridge and freezer. The owner was very helpful and kind.

The host, Moshe, was most helpful. Immediately answered my messages before and during my stay in Haifa, which was very reassuring. Helped me with directions, public transport, shops, any kind of information I needed to get around , especially when I arrived on Shabbat. A great sincere thank you! The appartment is well equipped, quite big, clean, well located near the station and shops.

The place has central location so inevitably there is some noise coming from the street and backyard. With the windows closed it is OK.
