Overall, this was a great hotel. It's actually the Haifa Tower, not Haifa Peak. I couldn't find it, then finally wandered in to ask and the front desk explained. The location was fine. It's not close to the water, so you'll need transportation to get to the beach. The rooms are minimalist but have the necessities and were very clean. Overall, I just needed a place to stay and it worked perfectly. It's not a resort hotel, but if you are looking for a clean place to stay with a comfortable bed, I recommend it here.

The location was kind of away from everything, but staying down by the water is extremely expensive. Or was, at least, the weekend I went.

The location is very accessible.all the staff are approachable and helpful especially the manager ilan.I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and couples.the price is fair enough but the service is beyond my expectation.salute to all the staff for this hotel.🙂🙂

I don’t like the toilet because it doesn’t have drainage so that I can clean the toilet bowl with water every time that I will use it.

First of all: this is not a five-star hotel. The main point here is that this is a sub-100 bucks hotel that actually doesn't suck. We got accommodation for around 50 EUR per night here, when all the stays at Haifa would have been 100 EUR and more, AND it was not only bearable, actually it was quite ok. Plus the staff was very kind and proactively helpful.

the property is so comfortable , elegant , smooth and clean . it got a good space for every thing , hot water , TV and nice people welcoming at the lobby . thank you for making our night better🫶

about the tv shows , u better ask about how to activate the VOD series movies . if there was more than two towels it would be better .

The market area is charming. Good vibe. The view from the window is astonishing !! Friendly staff.

The neighborhoid is a little run down and can feel abit creepy. Can be noisy. Very urban.

The hotel was good value for the price, the view was spectacular and one of the rooms even had an amazing view of the entire harbor, the place is a bit old but really clean, the air conditioner in the rooms was excellent, we enjoyed the central location.

There was no response at all to the messages sent through Booking - we asked for a bed for a child and a baby bed for an additional fee in the reservation and we did not receive it at the hotel, we had to sleep with the children in our own bed but at least they did not charge extra.
