Our stay at the Dan Panorama Hotel in Israel was overall very enjoyable. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view that enhanced our experience. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was a standout highlight—varied, delicious, and well-presented. The manager of the breakfast restaurant was exemplary, just as he was during our previous visit, consistently providing warm and attentive service. The staff member who checked us in was also very nice and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our stay. Additionally, the cleaning staff were friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit.

While many staff members were wonderful, we did encounter a few who were less friendly, particularly when it came to responding to questions or acknowledging us from a distance. A bit more attentiveness and warmth from all staff would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

The location and luxury, the place is incredibly clean and well kept, the breakfast was probably the best I ever had in Haifa and the region, the staff is nice and helpful and the hotel has almost every amenity you'd want to find including but not limited to a bar working till the late night offering drinks and food

The laundry is a service only available on certain hours instead of having a laundry room, it feels like an unnecessary over complication and uncomfortable, also the gym is operated by a separate company and their staff is rude and unfriendly, I need to clarify that the gym staff is unfriendly, not the hotel staff

Location is amazing, view is incredible. The lobby bar is lovely. We didn't have the breakfast this time.

The heating wasn't working which we weren't told about so we kept trying to use the AC on warm and making the room colder - when we called reception they told us the heating was broken and sent a radiator, but it would have been useful to know that. The windows aren't great and the wind/storm was bad one night and kept me awake whistling and banging through the gaps.

This place was great. The service was excellent. The location was great, right off the main street of Haifa, where there are many restaurants, and the station of the carmelit (the underground train) The view from the room was breathtaking. We saw the Ba'hai Garden. The German Colony and the entire Port of Haifa from the window.

The included breakfast lived up to expectations with tons of variety and options for my kids and myself. The pool was clean and well-run. The hotel generally is well-kept and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. A great place to bring the family.

This Dan hotel is older and needs a lot of upgrades and replacements. Everywhere you look, you can tell the place is rundown. You pay for the Dan quality and service but this Dan hotel does not live up to what you expect of the Dan chain.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were spot on. ..very courteous and attentive to my needs.

The shower in my room was not adequate, in that I could only use half for the tub space with the shower head on. A fully enclosed tub would really be better. Had to wipe the floor w/ the bath mat. Secondly, the bed covers were tucked in way too short that I had to pulled it out from the bottom of the mattress so I could cover myself entirely. The linen only covered me up to my lower chest making it hard to sleep. Aside from these two things, I truly enjoyed my stay at the Dan Panorama. I will definitely see you all again.

we like the location, the rooms are good and comfortable , the view is beautiful . generally good hotel but a little bit old. the breakfast is good very good service

the smell and lights inside the halls and lobby is not good enough. the parking is not good and expensive. we were told to buy three days for two nights stay , and it was wrong . we bought one extra day that we don’t need.

Very professional and efficient receptionist. Need to give special thanks to the bar tender and he even warmed bread for me as I arrived very late and no restraunt and room service. I checked if I can get some salty bread for my stomach. So good location to have a nice view.

Only European type sockets in room, there are multi types sockets now in many international hotel.

Excellent breakfast, especially the make-your-own-omelet bonus AND the friendly staff. LOcation also great. I was especially impressed with the quality of the food at the dairy option in the evening, in the so-called Lobby. And the prices for these food items were very reasonable. So although the room rates were not cheap, the rates for these "extra" meals was a nice bonus.

Not enough lighting in the room, especially on or over the desk. I supposed adding a lamp on the desk would have fixed this. Also, the overhead shower broke the first time I used it -- a metal piece fell out. I did not report it, since I just used the hand-held shower, which was fine. But it should be fixed. (I forgot to tell the front desk.)

Breakfast buffet was very good and the hotel facilities were lovely. Helpful front desk staff.

‘Hotel parking’ is run by a private company. Entrance to parking next to hotel is open limited hours. There is a back 24-hour entrance to parking off the street that runs above the Baha’i Gardens. Check this out and be prepared in case you want to return to the hotel parking after or just before 8pm
