The modern style, the bed and pillow

At breakfast there was no kind of hams (ok, no pork but there are other types, too). The managing of the air conditioning system was tricky, not so sensitive.

Clean. Excellent location. Comfortable rooms. Great wifi and brillaint showers. Wonderful location. Easy checkin / checkout experience. Amazing views of the harbour & baha’i gardens. Extraordinary comfort & stylish. Good security & 24 hour reception.

Dinner buffet looked a little boring but lots of restaurants nearby on the Merkatz (e.g Giraffe / Japaniska) so you won’t lack options…

The location is perfect! I think it is located just nicely away from all the buzz but near enough to the action if we choose to go and soak in the summer days. The view from the hotel is awesome!

I think the wifi connection could be improved. I suggest that the wifi connection should be made more secure. This is useful for those who are there for business as we may need a more secure connection to complete some transactions. It will really be great if the wifi facilities can be upgraded!

Amazing views of Haifa Bay, located near shops and restaurants and the beautiful Louis Promenade. Sharon and the rest of the staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend!

Beds are standard Israeli issue, which aren’t very comfortable for us spoiled Americans with our high-end mattresses!

Great value for the money and very friendly staff. They set up an extra bed free of charge. The hotel is dated but very clean and they even supplied complimentary cookies and water for the kids

The air conditioning was a little loud, but all in was ok

The first night when we checked in, the receptionist was very rude. There was a mixup with the rooms and charges. When we tried to explain the mix up, she said "it does'nt matter, I am here up to midnight so I have all the time." She could not careless how tired we were after travelling all day ans played very rude as if we below her Rest of the staff were great and very helpful.

The staff was wonderful, and the view of Haifa was amazing. There's a coffee shop or bar at the lobby, not open on Saturdays. They do nice things for holidays. There's parking in the hotel. Many places nearby to eat. Will come back

There's no pool or even a tanning area. So, you can never enjoy the sun. If you buy breakfast, it's expensive. Limited channels on the TV. There is no coffee machine in the room.

i spent 5 nights at bay view hotel and the stay there was more than satisfied the room was big enough, the bed was very confirable, they clean the room every day and changed the towels, i recieved a very big help from Daniel and want to thank him again and again i'll recomand the hotel to all my friends who'll want to visit Haifa not to ignore the mesmerizing view from all the rooms!!!

The staff was professional, kind and efficient. The room was great with an amazing view and the hotel was clean comfortable and welcoming my only complaint is that the pillows were too big and not comfortable

Bay view is a very pleasant well maintained hotel, with beautiful views especially at sunrise, spacy rooms with good beds, a nicely equiped gym, a nice dining room, decent breakfast and a welcoming staff
