the studio was very nice, with all the equipment you need. everything was clean and ready for us. the entrance is self check-in, which is convenient. the location is also nice and allows you to reach all the prime destinations in haifa with public transportation.

in the winter, note that you need to pre-heat the water to take a shower. it's not much of a hassle; just need to press the button and wait for some time. the apartment is on the second floor without elevator, so a bit tiresome for people with luggage. the walls are a bit on the thin side, so we could hear a gathering that was taking place in an apartment nearby. fortunately, the party ended early on, so it didn't disturb our sleep.

Location is great, the studio apartment looks stylish, pretty clean and new. There is everything you may need, including small things such as a bottle of drinking water so that you don't have to go to supermarket and ground coffee (in some places only instant coffee is provided). Overall experience is very pleasant and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I am pretty sensitive to noise and the apartment is not as soundproof as I expected. It was a bit annoying to clearly hear people walking and talking outside of the apartment, behind the door.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which is centrally located in the Carmel area. Despite being near a main road, we experienced no noise disturbances at all, making it peaceful and relaxing. Cafes and a playground are just a short walk away, adding to the convenience, especially for families with kids. The apartment itself was a top condition, with everything brand new and sparkling clean with all the amenities available. It offered plenty of space, making it comfortable for the entire family. Another bonus was the free parking, conveniently located right at the entrance. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it. 👍👍

The only small downside was that we didn’t have a view of the seaside, but you can’t have it all! 😊 That said, it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of the apartment.

For us, the location was super comfortable. Central but not noisy. Very easy commute, bus stop just a short walk, shops, café, amazing Bar [Frankie] just next door. Very "neibourly" vibe.

The apartment was less spacious than it looked in the photos. It was comfortable enough, and we had everything we needed, but there was a bit of a "tierd" feeling to both the apartment and the building.

We keep returning to this property: the location is perfect - very central yet quiet and surrounded by trees, the studios and the apartments contain everything that might be needed from A to Z, the beds are very comfortable, everything functions well and is practical, and it is always tidy.

We liked everything but if pressed to "complain": we would like softer cushions.

Great spot in the main area in Haifa. Easy to get to Bahai gardens, restaurants and coffee shops, mall and beach (a 20 min buss ride from a super close by buss stop). Was clean and modern with great kitchen that really has everything you need! (Even olive oil, salt & pepper, coffee and water - big plus dishwasher). Big nice shower with local big size body wash was a nice touch.

Honestly it was perfect for us and especially for the price. The only small thing I can say is that the drawer under the sink (when you open it) smells really bad (must be smt with the drain , we kept that baby closed and couldn’t use it haha).

Although the apartment is on the first floor, privacy can still be maintained with the curtains provided. There is also nearby parking, which may result in some foot traffic. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this apartment for its great qualities

One of the most enjoyable stays we have experienced. Fantastic location with convenient parking. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower is among the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The hosts were communicative and friendly.

Location was perfect to walk to plenty of restaurants. The apartment was clean. Nicely decorated. Great air conditioning! Koby was amazing. Very attentive and helpful.

Sometimes it was difficult to find free street parking. But if the parking lot wasn't full, we were able to park per Koby.

The host was able to accommodate a very early arrival time which was super helpful, he was also very easy to contact. The studio apartment I had was beautiful. It was modern, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen/bathroom was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could imagine you’d need during a vacation.

Not a huge issue but even with the shutters/doors closed there was still sometimes a little outside noise but honestly, not unbearable and wouldn’t stop me returning.
