**Review of Crowne Plaza Hotel, Haifa** I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Haifa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location on one of the most beautiful streets in Haifa, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Their service was one of the highlights of my experience. The dining options exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of delicious dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying. It was a pleasure to savor such quality meals during my stay. In terms of facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped, which made it easy to stay active. I also took advantage of the spa services, providing a great way to relax, and the pool area was a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa was very positive. As an Israeli currently living overseas, finding a place that feels like home while traveling can be a challenge, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the incredible hospitality of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who took exceptional care of us throughout our holiday. His attentiveness and genuine kindness truly made our stay special, ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Haifa. Additionally, Gil, the hotel manager, was consistently friendly and approachable, always checking in to see if there was anything we required. It’s clear that he leads his team by example, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. During our two weeks in Israel, we stayed at Crowne Plaza Haifa for a total of 8 nights—not only did we relish the beautiful accommodations and stunning views, but the staff made us feel like we were returning to our own home each time. We will definitely be back next year, and I can't wait to experience the outstanding service and hospitality once again. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Haifa, for an unforgettable stay!

Location is great tons of shops and restaurants around the area beautiful views. Comfortable beds ... Great staff

The gym was out of order and it was a big reason I booked this hotel over others that were cheaper. The electricity in my kids room kept going off and on. the staff came by twice and fixed it . Breakfast wasn't great at all compared to Israeli standards.... Good for European standards

We enjoyed the view from the balcony, and the room was spacious enough to also include a pullout couch. The continental breakfast in the morning was good, with a fair amount of options. The sauna facilities were also nice. If you're visiting with Children, the city zoo is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

The pool is oddly cold, for being a smaller, and indoors. We would have preferred more meat/protein options at breakfast, but this is more of a nitpick.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a great view. The pool was spacious, clean and comfortable. I also loved the fact we received complementary wine, fruit and water in our room!

Our sink was blocked which wasn't ideal, and the restaurant wait staff wasn't quite as sharp as the hotel staff.

Great Hotel with super location but the best is the staff. I arrived late and the staff treated me as they were just came for me with a VIP service even that i pay last min rate. I was upgrated 3level up from my original booking. I got free parking qhen the lady at reception realised that i am very tired alao i got free breakfat. Mant Thanks for lady Hala. She is so. Polite with high Quility standart of service. Same for Mr Meir that follow up that all In order. Thanks allot. This is how hospitality needed to be!

THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF FOOD CHOICES. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE "DAN TO GO " BOX PROVIDED ON THE DAY OF OUR EARLY DEPARTURE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND PLEASANT, WAKING UP TO VIEW OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA EACH MORNING WAS SPECTACULAR.

THERE WAS NO COMMUNAL MICROWAVE TO WARM UP ANY LEFTOVERS THAT WE GOT FROM THE RESTAURANTS, AND THE MATTRESS COVER HAD SOME STAINS ON IT.

The room was great and the view was outstanding, a perfect choice for a romantic date with your partner. The breakfast was on an acceptable level, however would be happy to see less sweet food and more meat options, the coffee and other drinks were good though.

The bathroom doesn't really fit the overall vibe, it's quite small and cramped, the bathtub was very slippery and small, however everything was clean, so it's ok.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it has an indoor pool and hot tub. The website did not say that it was only open until 6 pm. We did not arrive until 530 pm and we had to leave for a meeting early in the morning. We were disappointed at not being able to enjoy the facilities as advertised. The facilities were very good. I would have appreciated softer towels!
