The location is wonderful, close to restaurants and places with local food. There's a small park with a fish pond on the other side of the street so you can go there with your kids (if you travel with kids). If you include the breakfast, you'll not be un-satisficed. For breakfast you get an ordinary "Israely breakfast" with hot and cold drink for your choice. Also what I can notice as a good point is the free parking in front of the hotel, all the parking in the area is paid (use Pango or Cello Park).

Some of the facilities is not fully working, for example the sauna, even we tried to make it work, we didn't succeed in the mission. It's just not heating up as it should and there's no lighting inside.

The front desk assistant who helped us was fantastic I can’t remember his name, I think shalom(?). The rooms were adorable the location was great the food at breakfast was delicious the bed was comfortable. Only one complaint and that was that the water coming out of the sink and bathtub was rusty and orange and no amount of running the water fixed it. The entire time we were there we had to wash with rusty water we even tried a different room and it made no difference. We were told they changed their water heater but this is something they should work out before letting people back in the rooms.

Everything. This is not the first time that we stayed there. it is a very nice and quiet small-size hotel. Simple and comfortable and easily accessible.

They used to have breakfast and a restaurant on site but they stopped it due to economical challenges, thi sis a disappointment, but it is understandable.

As I planned to come around 20 I was told to use the code to enter, the key was on the desk and after my early check out left the key in the same spot and left. DIdn't meet anyone of the staff, and also didn't hear anyone. The place itself was very clean, and had everything to make for a comfortable stay.

the responsiveness of the staff, the location, and the cat by the entrance. Eton (spelled correctly?) the restaurant manager was also tremendously attentive and responsive. the food was great too.

room lighting was a little dim. the property could also use a fresh paint job.

Everything was as expected and more. Starting with the check-in and throughout every day of our stay. Breakfast included in the very positive experience of our stay at this hotel.

the hotel is really nice. it is clean, close to public tranportation. it is on a hill but that is Haifa :) everything is clean, quiet neighborhood. I honestly reccomend this hotel.

I didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast... but I have had it several years ago and I remember it being lovely.

I'd like to see screens on the windows in the bathroom (and anywhere else where a window can be opened) so that moths and other insects don't fly inside.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They suggested an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner on shabbat. Quiet, comfortable and clean. The rooftop relaxation area is serene.

Eleanore was exceedingly helpful in helping us get taxis and tours. Coffee machine in lobby was very enjoyable. We could walk to restaurants.
