The staff were kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We especially appreciated being granted a late checkout. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant next door delivered food and drinks straight to our room — a lovely touch that added to our experience. We enjoyed the pool and spa area, and the view was beautiful. We stayed in the executive suite, which was spacious and featured a huge balcony with an excellent outdoor jacuzzi — a real highlight of our stay.

There were cigarette butts scattered all over the balcony. The suite had no robes, and when we got to the pool, we found out they were supposed to be waiting for us in the room. There was also an issue with the air conditioning — it was freezing, and only after two complaints was it finally fixed. Additionally, the usual extras we expect in a suite, like fruit, chocolate, a small bottle of wine, or even slippers, were not provided. That said, these were relatively minor issues, and overall the good far outweighed the bad.

We had a great stay at the Ramada Hotel. The place is new, very clean, and has convenient parking. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the rooftop bar — great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Stuff were great. We ate only breakfast which was great with variety of foods. Parking in hotel’s parking lot with even a charging stations for electric cars. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were clean and no limit for towels. Rooftop bar. Nice chef restaurant at ground floor.

Nothing not to like

First thing we noticed was that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Breakfast is great. The facilities in general are quite good, with a lot of nice details, stunning reception and restaurants, great views, but the rooms are a bit plain - nothing you can't live with though!

With this location, I believe you need a car to the main attractions of Nazareth (but with a car location is great and has plenty of on-site parking).

The room size that we choose (deluxe woth balcony) was [erfect for us. The bad was comfortable, good airvondition, good size and clean bathroom, Coffe machine and electric cettle with nice varient of tea bags, 2 bottles of water every day.... The swimming pools (in door) was big enough, great hot Sauna and nice Jacuzzi. The only little minus was the aircondition in the fitness room - it was tured on exactly when we arrived, so the room was not cold enough for running... they need to turn it on 1 hour BEFORE guests are coming (especially in the Israeli summer).

We found out when arriving to the hotel that the dinner is not served in the hotel buffet but in the hotel’s restaurant. If i would know i would not schedule a half board.

The Breakfast was fantastic , lots of oriental choices and breads , the location was very convenient to the old city

Adding tissue papers , papers and pencils for notes writing inside the room. Locanda restaurant had a very good menu , one note for the waiters and the Chef is to be more flexibility for some personal modifications from the chosen meal from the menu when requested.

- The food was great , both breakfast and dinner (mainly on Friday) - Spa facilities - Attentive service and smooth check-in experience (+ We were upgraded to a more luxurious room)

- Saturday evening dinner: although it was very tasty it was less fancy. - Would be nice if the spa space can be heated on cold days.

A very pleasant stay for 2 nights! We booked a classic room but were upgraded to a deluxe room with balcony by the friendly staff at the reception. The room was clean, breakfast had plenty of options, and the swimming pool / saunas were great.

We arrived and the receptionist riad was very kind..he even upgraded the room to balcony..we had such a great.experience and we enjoyed our stay.also to our Filipino friends that we met.there..they make sure tht we have all we need..the hotel was clean abd very organized and everything was there inside..we hope tht we can return there soon..
