I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing U Boutique Kinneret hotel, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. A special shout-out to Jonathon, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and generous throughout my stay along with his team. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed made a huge difference in my experience. It's clear that he truly cares about the guests' comfort and satisfaction. The room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with a high-end design that exuded elegance and style. The space was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the tasteful furnishings to the modern decor, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. From the modern fitness center to the stunning pool and the relaxing lounge areas, every space was beautifully maintained and designed for maximum comfort. However, the real gem is the gorgeous spa. The serene ambiance and range of treatments provided a truly rejuvenating experience. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax during my stay. I must also mention the dining experience. The food was simply delicious, with a wide range of options that cater to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a fantastic variety of choices. What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive. They made sure all my needs were met with a smile and truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and seamless stay. Every aspect exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The food was delicious, the view was spectacular and the rooms were very comfortable with bathrooms that had separate shower and large soaking tubs. The staff were wonderful, from Jonathan at checkin who was so kind and helpful, to Chaim the grilling chef who made our steaks to perfection for dinner. All the staff from housekeeping to the waitstaff at dinner and breakfast always had a smile on their face asking us if there was anything we needed. We have been to many hotels all over the world and the service at this hotel is five star service.

From the very start, we were greeted warmly by Yonatan at the front deck, whose first action on a 100+ degree (F) day was to ask if we would like a bit champagne, OJ, water while we go through the check-in process. The champagne hit the spot! Yonatan then surprised us with a free room upgrade, as well as goodies awaiting us in our upgraded panoramic sea view suite! A bottle of wine, a fresh fruit platter, and scrumptious nut-fruit confections!!! As we are not fluent Hebrew speakers, he clearly explained everything about the resort in flawless English. The room was perfection! Spacious, cool, and wall to wall window with a private balcony overlooking the pool/beach/grassy grounds, all with killer views of the Kinneret! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was large and upscale. Everything was super clean. The private beach, the pool with large comfy cabanas fit the hot hot summer days perfectly! The buffet breakfast and dinner were boundless and plentiful, the staff courteous! At checkout, Yonatan provided us with cold water bottles and even called us a taxi! Yonatan is the best!!!! We absolutely loved our stay, and can't wait to come back!!!

Nothing to critique, everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay!

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay of 6 nights. The poolside experience was enhanced by the plentiful and wide choice of sun loungers - both single and double ones - some with canopies. The room was amazing - super king comfortable bed, high ceiling, best blackout curtains have ever had. The bathroom had bath/shower in additional shower stall. All the reception staff were very competent and always looking for ways to treat you to free extras. Restaurant, so well managed by Jameel, served wonderful food, including the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed walking into Tiberias most evenings - just 7 minutes away - as we like to explore new restaurants. Very friendly place.

We were independent travellers. A free transfer service to Tel Aviv airport would have been nice. Maybe a much larger hotel might have provided free transfer in the other direction, but in our case, we came from Jerusalem. Not being too huge a hotel, it was a more personal service. And they arranged a taxi to airport at much less than I was quoted by a direct approach.

everyone was amazingly friendly. Kim looked after us with the greatest attention. He was extremely courteous and helpful at all times. We were enjoying the most beautiful views as the hotel is right on Sea of Galilee with nothing between and the sea that we extended our stay by a couple of days. The sun loungers around the pool were the most comfortable we have ever experienced . The food in the hotel for breakfast and evening meal was excellent and Louis ( food manager) and Jameel were so obliging when we asked for some grapefruit and again anything you asked it was efficiently done. Jonathon ( manager of front desk) was also friendly and helpful at all times.Fabiola at the evening meal was a delight and full of fun. Ken kept our room spotless and was very efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful voice and guitar of Mor Seporta in the evening so make sure you catch her repertoire Please don’t miss out on this fabulous boutique hotel! Absolutely fabulous pool . We had a panoramic view room which is breath taking and definitely recommend it. it’s spacious and a/c is excellent throughout hotel.

I would give 11 stars if I can! This hotel is outstanding in every aspect. I have been here 4 times alone, and this was the 5th time I came with my family. Once again, they did not disappoint me! I arrived after hours, late at night, and there was fresh fruit in my room. The staff stayed up to accommodate me and was gracious and kind. Breakfast, the next morning was really out of this world! With a room filled with so many delicious food, truly unbelievable... the waiters were also extremely nice. Their amenities are amazing as well. The rooms are really clean, a rarity in tiberias with an awesome view of the beautiful kinneret. Great vibe and excellent top notch hospitality. I'll definitely be coming again!

Breakfast was great! Wonderful breads, fruit, spreads, veggies, fish and desserts. Front desk staff very attentive... Johnathan was a big help...Some room maintenance items were attended to promptly. The Bed was extremely comfortable

we had a little problem with the connection on the TV in the room guess it was the internet didn't work very well we let the staff know abut it and they sent some one to tray to resolve the problem

beautiful location, the staff especially Kim guest relations manager couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay so magical that we actually booked another 2 days as we didn’t want to leave. There was a beautiful friendliness from all the staff and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! I left a necklace of mine behind by mistake and Kim organized posting it to our next location with amazing efficiency. thank u U boutique for a wonderful stay! we will be back!!

The location was one of the best parts of staying at the hotel. Yonatan at the front desk went out of his way to give us an upgrade because of my wife's birthday. It was clear that it was very important to him that we have a great time.
