It was close to Lake Kinneret and close to the hot water spring and hot water srping national park. Pleople that work there were very kind, very serviceable and helped on everything they could. The food was good and also the pool.

The first night we had room with a nice view to the lake but the room also faced the highway and it was extremely noisy and we could not slip all night. They changed the room for rest of the nights and it was much better. The twin beds are very narrow. I would expect a single bed to be 1 meter wide at least.

Breakfast was excellent. Good quality food and excellent selection. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful. Especially Anita at reception desk. She provided excellent service and was extra welcoming and helpful!

Pillows for bed were too thick and not comfortable. I asked for thinner pillows but they didn't bring thinner pillows when requested. Hotel said they were going to provide double bed but they gave two twin beds that were pushed together. The beds kept moving apart. Not good. The shower door did not prevent water from coming out and spilling water on bathroom floor. We had to put many towels on floor to wipe up water.

COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM WAS BROKEN. WE ASKED FOR IT TO BE FOXED. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS FIXED, BUT IT WASN’T.

Good value for money, good breakfast, private small beach. Far enough from the fuzz but still a walking distance from the city center

Renovation would be great, 2 small elevators for 8 stores hotel are not enough and some drying wreck and towel hooks would be very appreciated

We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly helpful and spoke good English. Lots of great choices in buffet style restaurant, hard to stop eating at dinner and breakfast, great made to order omelette. Pool was wonderful, clean and right temperature to refresh, views of Sea of Galilee as you swim. Sunbeds and towels plentiful We had a garden room which was luxurious and our own deck allowing us to walk directly to the pool. The bus from Jerusalem stopped outside and only about £6 for 2 hour journey

Nice view over the kinneret from balcony, food was generally tasty and plentiful for both breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom needs to be painted where the shower is, the pool towels need not to be accessed from a dispenser, because guests who keep the Sabbath can't access them.

The staff was wonderful. On the way to the hotel we thought we were lost and we called the hotel and Danielle helped us and reassured us that we were on the correct road. We had trouble with our rental car and they went out of their way to assist us.

Really exceptional, my favorite stay out of any place on my Israel trip. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. We got a free room upgrade with a lake view and were greeted with fruits and chocolates. Staff was great and super helpful. Enjoyed the health spa just a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Highly recommend.
