The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean. Breakfast buffet was good. It was really great that the parking was free. A lot of different amenities available, such as laundry, pool, fitness centre etc. You could buy laundry detergent from the reception and they were really helpful with that.

Hotel rooms air conditioning was not working properly. Even thought we asked from the reception and the house keeping came to look at it it was off. The rooms window in the morning was steamy and wet inside. Also first it was really cold in there and then it got really hot etc. Couldn’t find the perfect way to use the AC even thought we asked for help.

The location is very good — perfectly convenient for both those traveling by car and those relying on public transport. Everything you need is easily accessible. The room was spacious and well-equipped, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The modern and new bathroom was a delightful bonus. A special highlight was the breakfast—simply outstanding! The variety and quality were top-notch, making every morning a treat. An added perk was the complimentary coffee available throughout the day, which was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional comfort and quality service!

It takes quite a long time to get to Toronto by public transport, you need to make two transfers.

The suite was big with adequate space , 2 very comfy beds and an additional sofa bed in the lounge area . The pillows and bed were so comfortable , it was hard to get out of bed. It has a microwave , coffee maker and a fridge but no hub. There are free parking spaces in the hotel. Location is good and within reasonable distance to restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful . Customer service was top notch. There’s a pool, gym and water refill stations across the hotel. I would definitely come back to stay if ever in the vicinity .

Breakfast needed more variety . It was a bit basic even though it changed from one day to another .

I recently stayed at GLO Hotel Mississauga and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

My experience was amazing. I walked into my room with a welcome message on the TV with my name on it. Arrived the hotel on my birthday, upon telling the manager that it was my birthday, she packaged a bag of gift for me. That was amazing. My room was attended to everyday. I always walked into a clean room and clean toilet. I will stay here a million times more.

I think the hotel should have provision for guest to buy proper food. most days at the hotel i come back late in the night hungry and tied. the only option is frozen pasta. Which was my first time eating frozen food.

On our first night, we unfortunately stayed beside a very loud family and they were banging the microwave door multiple times well past 10pm, talking to other family members across the hall, their young kid was running around, screaming, the whole family was talking very loudly. Eventually, I called the front desk after midnight. They were silent for a bit, however, they continued to be loud for maybe half an hour or so and eventually, they quieted down. The next morning, I mentioned to the front desk about our loud neighbor and if it's possible to switch to a quieter area. They explained to me that the situation was logged by their evening staff and they were fully aware. (That's amazing.) They suggested to switch us to a suite at the end of the hall, away from our neighbor and it would ensure us quiet night sleeps for the following few evenings. We really appreciate that. Thank you! We loved the walk-in shower. It looked new, very clean and very bright! In the suite that we stayed at, when we showered in the evening, we noticed that they ran out of both the shower gel and shampoo. We mentioned to them in the morning and someone came in right away to refill. We also noticed that there was a bit of a draining issue in the shower, they came in to fix that while we were out and it was draining perfectly. We really appreciate their quick response to our concerns.

Please consider using reusable mugs, instead of paper cups in the hotel rooms and breakfast area.

Clean environment, day staff were excellent, and courteous

A Night shift acting on false accusations of noise without investigation. Despite acknowledging we were not making noise, he fell for the racially motivated next door client false accusations and kept harassing us. I asked if he heard noises when he came, he said he heard just a conversation. And I asked, were they noisy? He couldn't answer and yet chastises my family and I. I felt harassed because it was a lie as we just came in from a family outing and just went to bed. Apart from this, all went well and will recommend it. Also, the AC went dead on this night, and did make matters easier.

Clean and Beds were comfortable. Staff were very pleasant! If you don’t mind a bit of air traffic noise it was a great place to rest for the night!

Breakfast was a bit on the low end. Would have loved apple juice for my kids instead of lemonade as a choice for breakfast. “Sausages” were kind of like eating flat sawdust rounds. But overall just having the convenience of having something for breakfast was nice! (Even if I did end up having the cereal).

We were attending a multi-event family wedding and the location was extremely convenient - no more than 15 minutes from any of the events. Appreciated having two rooms just across the hall for our family to share. Thanks!

A bit more thorough cleaning of the floor, please. Found hair and dust balls left over from previous guests.

The reception staff were outstanding in every way. The room was very big and the bed was so comfortable that I didnt want to get out of it. Breakfast was very good and the staff there were very pleasant. Also, when I told them I didn't eat pork, they organized chicken patties. Very accommodating!
