Family with two teenagers shared a queen room with good firm beds, shower, fridge and desk space. Air con worked a treat. Teenagers loved the gym and the pool. Adults loved the outdoor area. Friendly and reliable shuttle bus ran ever 30 mins on the hour and half hour from hotel (10-15 mins later from Departures door 8). Perfect for two nights.

We bought a non-refundable room and when Air Canada changed our flight they refused to change the date by one day. Which I thought was mean spirited. Location perfect for airport but it’s a 20 min walk to nearest shop (Walmart) and obviously nowhere else to eat but the hotel restaurant which we didn’t try. Expensive breakfast but we ate at airport instead which was cheaper. Otherwise a brilliant stay.

We had an early flight out of Montreal, so we stayed in the Aloft at the airport. It has a nice bar area where you can relax, have a drink and socialize, watch TV or read. Our room was very clean and quiet and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They also have a 24-hour shuttle to the airport. This hotel is more budget friendly than some of the other hotels at the airport, but it is just as nice.

I love the modern look of the property and the amenities are fantastic. The room was really nice. The food and drinks at the bar were great. But the bartender made the experience. The gentleman working Friday night was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and courteous, and Made great drinks and went out of his way to take care of my sons and I. The gentleman at check-in was equally professional and engaging and incredibly efficient.

Free shuttle. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Queen size bed. Small fridge. Hair dryer. Fast check in and self check out leaving key in the box at the front desk. I like the most that they offered the late check out as our flight is late in the evening. The extra charge is reasonable.

The shuttle is not arranged or organized. You just show up ( and hope you get on). And if you don’t get on then you take the next one waiting every 30 30 minutes. We did get on and it was full. I can not imagine if more people were showing up and may have to fight for the seats? Obviously no one wants to miss the flight.

No meal options were available when we arrived at 5pm. They were too busy at the small kitchen on site. We were not even given an option to wait. The desk staff was great and let us know we could take a shuttle to a restaurant close by. When you arrive at a hotel after a long drive - you don’t feel like going out again. Especially when you know you are travelling the next day.

Staff were very helpful and accommodated the more peculiar aspects of my requests, particularly regarding the check in time.

The reliance on the credit card, this was problematic for me because my credit card is broken. I could be mistaken but it's possible that on the website/booking.com they don't specify that they take a prepayment from credit cards alone, although this is fairly common in Canada so perhaps I should have expected it.

Everything. Especially the staff. They go above and beyond to meet your every need. I had ordered a carry-on suitcase from Amazon that I had delivered at the hotel. They kept it for me and had it delivered to my room when I checked in. Second stay at the hotel. Also, I checked in at 1am. They had a large selection of yogurts, salads, wraps, fruits, chips and raw bar. Perfect after a 6 hour flight.

Supplied what we needed - close to the airport, clean, comfortable

When we checked in, we felt like we had interrupted the reception staff who were cashing up and didn't even acknowledge our arrival for a few minutes and then begrudgingly one of them served us; never once smiled, ask us how we were or how our journey was... not a single nicety. After check in, the next day, all staff were lovely.

Location near airport and friendly staff...comfy beds, good bedside clock and fun decor. Free airport shuttle from door 8 at departures and the nice shuttle driver who dropped me off near the car rental counter.

Could hear the planes take off as a distant rumble, didn't bother me but might bother some. No rumbles between 11pm and 6am...or maybe I was asleep and didn't hear them! Had to contact hotel to find where shuttle pick up was but they replied straight away. Would be good to have this on their website.

Excellent service, great location close yo the airport with prompt shuttle service. Room was modern with very comfortable bed and hotel had great amenities for an airport hotel.

My only issue was we found the heating system in our room a bit noisy, however, it might have been that particular room and would definitely return despite that.
