It took so long for the staff to find our reservation.. not enough room towels, room necessities like toilet paper, etc

While this is an older facility, it is very well-maintained. The room was quiet. The TV channel selection was very good. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Dinner at La Gondola, their Italian restaurant was also excellent. And of course, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (I wouldn't expect anything else from Filipinos).

The location wasn't ideal for shopping, sightseeing, or going to the beach. You need a ride to go anywhere. But I was there for the US Embassy Consular office on the lower level, so it was perfect. The bathtub was narrow making, it challenging to stand and move when taking a shower.

This hotel is a pleasant place to stay during the holiday season. The breakfast picture menu has not been updated.

The room does not come equipped with an iron, ironing board, slippers, or bathrobe, which can be quite inconvenient. The limited 30 minutes to use the iron is often insufficient for families with multiple garments to press. To obtain these essential items, you must contact housekeeping, which can disrupt your schedule. Furthermore, it is disappointing that the bathrobe was not replaced after cleaning. Ensuring these items are available would greatly enhance the guest experience.

During our stay , I unfortunately developed a urinary tract infection, which could have made our trip stressful. However, the kindness and attentiveness of the hotel staff turned a difficult situation into a heartwarming experience. The nurses and staff went above and beyond, ensuring I received proper care and even bringing me to the emergency room. Their compassion and professionalism were truly remarkable. To make things even more special, the hotel generously allowed us to extend our stay free of charge since our flight was scheduled late for the next day. This thoughtful gesture gave us the extra time we needed to rest and recover comfortably. My fiancé and I are deeply grateful for the outstanding service and genuine care provided by the entire team. Their dedication to guest well-being made a lasting impression on us, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfy. The staff is warm, accommodating and very polite. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of both Filipino favourites and international selection. The waiting staff are very friendly and always ready to serve you coffee. There's a free shuttle to go to the mall so it's very convenient. If you wanted to go for a tour there's a tour operator just inside the hotel who can assist you. If you need to go somewhere else there's already taxis waiting outside the hotel and the guard is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you.

Some food tastes too salty or too sweet for my liking but obviously that's my personal preference so, all is good.

The beds and clean rooms. The convenience of getting to the casinos. Lots of gaming slot machines. A cafe serving food items all night long breakfast lunch and dinner.

The cost of having some of the food items provided in the refrigerator (two bags of dried mangoes) cost 560 pesos at checkout. 1000 peso deposit at check in. The cost with a paper list of the items in the refrigerator at check in should be provided before going back to your room. Items in refrigerator are 6-8 times more than a convenience store. BEWARE!!! I liked the property over all but felt slightly upset about the billing for the food items after checkout.

The taxi lane and calm access to the lobby is nice. The noise from the pool or the Aqwa discotheque is not an issue in the room. The AC is modern and works great, but is set to max speed and do a little bit of noise.

There was a clear misunderstanding between booking and the hotel. On booking the breakfast is clearly not included and a notice tells us to pay for it directly at the hotel. But the hotel doesn’t wants to add the breakfast to a reservation done via booking.

The room was great and clean and the amenities were also good. The staff were great and the check in was smooth even if there were a lot of people there is an event happening. The food is good too and the serving time is relatively fast.

Becase there were a lot of people, the waiting by the lifts were really long and the parking slots can be really tricky. Going out of the parking can also be messy if you go out with the throng. Wifi can make use of some improvements as it can be slow.

The air con is cold, our room had a nice bath tub, and the beds are comfy. Rooms are also very clean.

The rooms are pricey considering how outdated they are. Also, unless you eat at the restaurant buffet when food is newly put out and fresh, I do not recommend it. At 1500₱ per head I expected the food to be a bit better. The staff is incredible at this hotel, they will go above and beyond to help and accommodate. There are bakeries and eateries as well as shops on site which was super convenient.

Was captivated by the sheer size of the building from the outside while the hotel lobby with all its amazing historical pictorial murals and pictures and ground floor shopping areas were a nice tribute to the hotel as well. The swimming pool and gym were great as well.

The swimming pool cascades were not operational when we were there due to it being closed off for safety reasons, no doubt for future repairs to be carried out. Not having a separate queue at the reception desk for checking- out as check- in and check- out were in the same queue taking longer to get attended to. There was an additional holding charge on my credit card of a significant amount and was informed it would be paid back to me, but still pending after nearly a week now and not sure it will be returned to my credit card or not.
