Dourdan is Such a lovely beautiful village with a great craft beer shop (that also sells wine) around the corner. Full of friendly Locals that made us feel very welcome. Hotel was beautiful with big comfy rooms and very accommodating with our 13 week old puppy! Will definitely return. Was concerned it was a Best Western but honestly really good. The staff were lovely. Dinner in the restaurant is exceptional.

The breakfast was a bit chaotic. The coffee machine worked randomly and the hot breakfast and cold cuts were not replenished until I asked! But perfectly fine for €14.

The charm, friendliness and uniqueness of this hotel made for a wonderful stop over experience. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed an excellent meal on the beautiful outdoor terrace. As a bonus, we enjoyed the Saturday morning market on the hotel's doorstep.

It was bit challenging to find the hotel. We walked to the hotel and were given excellent instructions on how to find the place! Parking was limited due to market day and a busy holiday weekend. However, we still managed to park in the hotel parking, which was lucky.

Excellent location in the centre of the village. Historic area. Very well modernised with comfortable rooms and a lift between floors. Very good staff and excellent breakfast. Good parking arrangement too with ample spaces.

Only minor issue was that restaurant was not open the Sunday evening we arrived. It seems that it is only open on Sunday for a relatively short period of time - mid June to mis Sept/Oct but this is not mentioned on Booking.com or hotel web site. There are, however other restaurants around - Chinese and Indian - and so we didn’t go hungry.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean with lots of space as we chose an extra sofa bed which actually went into bunks which was impressive.. the food was excellent ans the staff went up and beyond to supply our dogs with scrambled eggs, with travelling for 3 days, the dogs had gone offf their food. Plenty parking spaces within the grounds and just 2 mins walk away. All staff we met were very friendly and made a point of knowing your names to greet you.

The family suite was spacious. Free parking. Excellent location with everything within walking distance. There is a supermarket and several restaurants/patisseries within couple of minutes walking distance. The reception staff were great.

Poor variety of breakfast items. I am vegetarian and there was no hot food option for vegetarians/vegans. The doors were kept open which let wasps and flies into the food area. We saw couple of dead wasps inside a jar of juice.

Location - right nwxt to medievalcastle, gothic church and market place., excellent breakfast, quiet - we were on a small side street with lovely rooftop views to the church. We would highly recommend a wonderful Nepalese restaurant near the town hall and cinema - Les saveurs d'Himalaya.

No information in room about hotel without using QR Code. Not enough power outlets in room.

Restaurant for dinner & breakfast was very good & we ate there every night. The staff were very helpful & the location was good in the centre of town.

The town hall clock in the centre does chime on the hour & half hour all through the night so if you are a light sleeper, you may find this a bit bothering....but it is obviously nothing to do with the hotel!

Amazing location, beautiful room, safe parking, delicious breakfast. We only stayed for one night whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain. The location was perfect. We event managed to go to a market in the morning. Loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely historic building, very clean rooms, had tea and coffee making facilities in the room

We were not advised when checking in that a reservation was needed for the restaurant. We were squeezed in on a small table behind the restaurants door, as we were hotel residents, it was a shame as the food was very good. We had room308 and you could hear the lift and feel the vibration from it all night, so not a very good nights sleep. When mentioning on check out we were offered a free breakfast

‘Very good’, however, the hotel spams you repeatedly with long emails in French (how about english?) about saving energy, ‘demanding’ you fill in a survey and if you dont, they just assume you agree and give one towel for 2 people. Very arrogant and it has only to do with saving money for the hotel.
