The room was a reasonable size. When I travel to Japan I normally stay at the APA hotel in Yachio and the room's there are tiny. The room was clean and comfortable; the desk setup was perfect for business.

A hotel with 14 floors requires more than two lifts, on occasions it seemed to take an eternity to get to and from my room. The restaurant is just about big enough, it could do with being larger. On my last day the queue stretched all the way through reception; I had 10 minutes for breakfast for before my taxi arrived. I marked you down for location simply because it was not ideal for me,,, I had to travel to Yachio every day by Taxi which cost me 12000 Jen per day. I could have taken the train but that would add 2.5 hours onto my working day.

Breakfast catered to Japanese population after 5 days I was tired of croissants some pancakes or pastries would have been nice location was good

Since they are listed as an airport route hotel they charged a lot of money for late check out The check out time is 10 am and most international flights are in the evening

Breakfast is good and healthy. Great work keeps it up. I am not sure if I forget to pack my prayer when packing. If you could locate it and mail it back to me I would most greatly appreciate it. I can pay for the return mail postage.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful made checking in a great experience.. it’s 5 minutes walk from chiba new town station.. only 30 minutes directly from terminal 2 at Narita The hotel is very close to supermarket and the mall with many fast food outlets and shops within easy walking distance

The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, the location is good and the staffs are helpful. A young female staff who worked late night shift, whose name might be 小野さん, has left an unforgettable impression during my stay. She tried to provide me with valuable information. I was very lucky and grateful to meet her. Many many thanks to her!!! Thanks again for asking for review, I have intended to express my gratitude to her. Efficient comfortable rooms. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was included and the staff were super friendly. We used it as a home base to visit Tokyo one day and Naritasan Park another day.

The only thing that I was not a fan of was how the dinning area was set up for covid measures. A mask was recommended and then plastic gloves to serve yourself. It felt like overkill although they didn't force it on you and I'm sure most people appreciate it.

Good location. Near to station. Direct train to/from Narita airport. Neighboring restaurants give offer to hotel guests.

Hotel does not have brochure or write-up on recommended tourist attractions.

The breakfast wasn’t very good Cold, limited selection I couldn’t recommend it at all, in fact, I’d avoid it altogether.

Location was very accessible from the train station and surrounded by shops and eateries.. paid parking was available and it was a good location to explore Inzai area and drive to Narita Omotesando

Comfortable size of apartment and delicious breakfast. Excellence in quality of service.
