Location. It is closest from the station. Also, the senior staff (who helped us resolve a problem with Kuroneko) were helpful.

1 of the staff did not check the delivery time for Kuroneko properly, & told us that we had to find a convenience store & send from there instead of APA Hotel. Because of him, we thought we couldn't send our suitcases & spent hours asking convenience stores if they could deliver. Later, we asked other staff about it. The senior staff members called the company & helped us, so it was fine in the end, but that was a stressful experience.

I LOVED how convenient the location was from the station. It was easy to find considering that APA hotel was written in a big font on the front of the building. The staff were also very approachable, friendly and made the process easy for me to check in and check out. I also really liked how we got free drink coupons and fresh clean towels to use for the next day. The bed was also very comfortable and I loved how the curtains actually shade you from the majority of the sunlight enabling us to sleep very well

The room was very clean and the staff was really nice. When traveling, I don't like to have my room serviced every day, so their system of dropping off kits with fresh towels was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different options and there's a great café to grab a coffee on the way out each morning. The area is very quiet which is what I was looking for.

The room was very well cleaned and very comfortable. The overall design of the room is very brilliant and eco-friendly. The coin laundry was very convenient because it was right next to my room. The elevator is not slow, the front desk staff were kind despite my limited Japanese language knowledge, and the electric kettle in the room was relatively clean and very convenient.

There were issues with the central heating, but the staff dealt with it well. The breakfast is good. I'm glad that they granted our room request.

One of the rooms was too hot, and the temperature was constantly higher than thermostat indicated.

There aren't many hotel choices in Inzai so thankfully, this one is a good one. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's nicely furnished. The small restaurant has a good range of well-priced food and there's a decent sized 7Eleven a few minutes walk away. There's also ample parking. For what we paid, we thought it was excellent value.

The rooms are very small, but comfortable.

Right next to the narita express line. Nice wifi and fast check in/out. If you check in before 5 you can enjoy a free drink at their restaurant, it looked nice. Plenty of amenities like vending machines, wash/press, microwave. Tea and water provided in the room.

My room didn't have the heat on before I got there, not a big deal but it was cold for about an hour. The walls are a bit thin. Toilet wasn't heated.

It's location is great. The train station is just 3 minutes walk to the hotel.Moreover, if it's a rainy day the walk path is roofed. Garden full of cherry blossom, malls and supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk. You can get all you want. Will come back to stay again.

Good breakfast, nice place in general.

It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel when arriving late from Narita Airport.
