1. The location is literally one block from the Narita train station. JO line 2. It’s cheaper than a capsular hotel in Tokyo and is a private room. The room was clean and fresh towels were delivered daily. 3. They include a breakfast with the price that has a decent selection of 4. They will store your bags free of charge after check out if needed 5. After I retrieved my luggage the desk clerk walked me to the door thanking me for my business. I thought that was very nice

1. The breakfast ends a little early - 8:30 2. I wished there was an English speaking station on TV - BBC / CNN. I traveled to 3 cities and stayed in 3star accommodations in each. They all had the same TV package. (No English Channel) What passes for regular Japanese TV gets lost on me!

Good breakfast. There was enough variety for a vegan to enjoy. Small packets of "natto" were available at breakfast. Also, juicy grapefruit wedges. Only a short walk to old town, pagoda, and shops... Small powdered green tea packets and water boiling pot in room.

Front desk was often not present... I had to argue with reception to get a double bed rather than a twin single. I even requested a double bed when I initially make the booking. Too far a walk to western restaurants and large commercial stores.

Interesting, very international hotel. Nice, functional, clean and cheap. The breakfast is amazing, good and abundant. Staff very helpful.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin. If you happen to have noisy guests in the adjacent room (this is what happened to me), it can be quite annoying, especially if they stay up late. Not very close to the airport if you want to use it as an arrival or pre-departure solution.

One of the staff members, Miyuki, was so kind! Her English was great and every time I asked a question, she would go above & beyond to help me with my request. I asked for 711 and she came outside to show me where it was. So many other times, that she was so so helpful. The breakfast was delicious, everything was so good and fresh!

When i went to use the bathroom in the first floor, there was a bug in the toilet.

It is a short walk from the train station. A lot of shops for food around including 'kitchen shop' for great options of cooked meals. On the main street walking all way up to the mall you can see 3 temples and A lot of shops with food and souveniers. Really nice. Great breakfast. Lady from reception have the best customer service plus she is going extra mile. All in all great experience. Would stay again

The water in the shower was soft. The beds were big and comfortable. It had shared fridge and a shared microwave on different floors. They provided tooth brushes with a tiny paste, razors, and 2 packages of green tea. Convenience stores were nearby. They provided slippers but the female shoe was a bit uncomfortable. I didn't expect much due to low rating and I was satisfied in the end. The price was cheaper than other hotels nearby and it was also available a week before our visit. You could say the washroom was a bit outdated, but I didn't find a problem with it. There was a breakfast from 5 to 8am, but I am not sure if it was included in price. The staff didn't speak English, but we were able to communicate still.

There was no soap, just a shampoo and conditioner on the wall (or it might have been a body soap, it was run out). I had a soap with me though. If you are arriving by train, there are some stairs you need to climb down with your suitcase from the station. There is an elevator, but I am not sure if you can avoid all the stairs. There is Keisei Line station and Narita station. Both have the stairs.

Strategic location to Narita station. We were travelling with 2 large suitcases and a stroller and still find it easy to walk to the hotel. Would recommend to any person plan to stay at Narita prior departure to Narita airport :)

freezing and night couldn’t figure out if there was heating, the shower temperate was tricky to control

The Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The free breakfast menu was decent. The room was comfortable and basic.

The microwave in the elevator entrance on my floor was a bizarre location to have a microwave

Really close to Narita station, with accessible minimarket. Perfect for early flight.

Internet can be more stable. Price surely can be cheaper, but I guess location matters.
