Very accessible to transportation going to tours, restaurants, convenience stores and attractions. Quiet location, clean rooms. And the staff were very polite and accommodating especially Yumi San. Room rates were affordable. Hotel Shuttle bus was very helpful. Location good from Narita Airport. Highly recommendable.

close to the airport the location was ideal and the free shuttle bus made it easier to access. Narita is a great little city and could be a holiday destination itself.

The rooms did not do the stay justice. They were miniscule and were not represented on Hotel.com correctly. I doubt we would have booked this hotel if we had been aware of the actual room sizes. Everything else about the stay was excellent.

Good hotel for a night before or after a flight to Narita. The hotel fullfills everything you need for such a stay. Close 5 minute walk from the metro station, from which you need to go one stop to Narita airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus during the day to the airport, starting at 6.30 am. First metro train startet around 5 am, so we chose this option. An extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception showed us everything and explained us very well how to reach the airport on time! All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, in case we have an early or late flight in Narita.

Is quite close to the train station and all the restaurants. They provide a free shuttle bus from Narita Airport.

Close to local mall AEON TOWN, 7/11. Clean friendly staff, they have a restaurant on the first floor and if you stay at the hotel you get a discount which is awesome

English speaking staff that were helpful throughout my stay. This is a good hotel to stay at if you have a flight out of Narita Airport the next day as it is close and you can also check out Narita City itself.

The walls are not soundproof. So you can hear the guests/cleaners in the hallway and/or the traffic outside.

Excellent location. Close to the Narita airport. The hotel offers shuttle service every hour or so. The bed, room, etc. was super clean and comfortable. I did really like my stay in the hotel.

The pillows were super hard (in my opinion), my head hurts for a little bit, until I decided to use my own travel pillow. Besides that, everything was great

The location is near the stations and supermarket. Narita temple is also walkable. Shuttle service to narita airport is very comfortable. Staffs are so kind.

Be careful when you use google map to go to the hotel since there are 2 branches which have the similar name. Room size and toilet is quite small.

Far from the station. The price is not competitive compared to other hotels of the same quality that are near to the station No Android TV. Limited channel only for local Japanese

the access from the keisei station is not too far so its recommended for those would like to catch early morning flight

understand that the hotel also provide shuttle to narita airport but the earliest is around 6 AM in the morning. so for those has flight on 8AM still need to go by train. it will be good if the property also provide shuttle earliest on 5 AM.
