Polite staff, relatively large room & reasonable price. I've seen some tourist groups in the hotel, but it was quiet during the night. Also it's convenient there's a 'Con-vi-ni" small shop on the ground floor which sells from food, drink to little cosmetics and souvenirs.
I didn't notice a small card explaining that customers can get a jug of drinking water from the server on each floor until the next morning, even though I was so thirsty during the night. It would be better if I was explained when I checked in the hotel that they have a water server instead of giving customers water bottles in a room.

We booked this as it was close to the airport and so the location is perfect if you have an early flight. They also offered a free shuttle bus. The hotel seemed to be the choice for the flight crew too. There is also a small shop within the hotel if you want to buy any last minute confectionery or small souvenirs, there is a slightly bigger shop a short walk away too. They had a lot of options at breakfast, even a pancake machine.
The free shuttle bus might be a perk, but it was awful. We caught the bus from the station, there was no order to people boarding and so it was a free for all to get on. It then stopped at the shopping centre where even more people boarded. It was so full that people couldn't board, and people were physically pushed on, and everyone was squashed together. We ended up getting a taxi in the morning.

I always try to book this hotel when I visit Japan for a couple of days after I arrive in Japan and a couple of days before going back to Europe. Their all the staffs(front desk, cleaning people, the restaurant staffs, even the convenience store staffs) are always very kind, very helpful and smiling. I feel very welcomed and relaxed in this hotel. I would like to stay again there for the next time.
The shuttle bus schedule's paper was indicating to the time table from the hotel to the NRT, but it didn't arrive at the No. 1 terminal first although it would arrive at No. 1 terminal as the first. Or did I misunderstand it? I could be at the No. 1 terminal on time, though. It made a little worry that I would be late for the check in time for the flight. The shuttle bus is not provided frequently as well from NRT. That is also inconvenient after the long flight.

We loved the proximity to Narita village, Aeon, the airport and also the shuttle buses provided to all these locations. Room was spacious which was great as it gave us comfortable space for our suitcases, unlike other hotels we stayed in. Helpful staff and also there is a convenience store within a few metres outside the hotel, not to mention the small convenience store within the hotel as well. Loved the fact that you could pay an hourly rate to extend your stay as our flight wasn’t leaving till the evening.
The queen bed is pushed against the wall on one side which is a pain when there are 2 people sharing the bed and the room was big enough without this being necessary.

This hotel if very convenient for Narita airport. Our flight was in the early morning so we opted to stay nearby the night before. The hotel operates a very convenient free shuttle bus both from the train station when we arrived and to the airport when we left. The hotel's own dining facilities are a bit primitive (the most unappetising breakfast buffet I've ever seen), but the shuttle bus took us into Narita town in the afternoon, where there is a big choice of restaurants. We were also lucky enough to be there when there was a fair going on, so there was a big and jolly local crowd which made for a very enjoyable last evening in Japan. There is also a very large temple which looked worth a visit (though we arrived too late to be able to do this). Staying so close to the airport the night before our flight made the day of our departure largely stress free. We ended up going to the airport quite early, largely because the breakfast offering at the hotel was poor, but it was great to be able to use the shuttle bus.
I'm not sure why they felt able to call this the International GARDEN hotel as there is no garden! In fact our room had a view of an oil storage tank and some industrial looking outbuildings. This is the only hotel I've encountered in a long time where no free drinking water was made available, which seems rather mean (and was very inconvenient). The hotel wi-fi was poor. Although this is a no smoking building, it clearly has not always been so, as the hall reeked of cigarette smoke when you exited the lift. Time to replace the carpets I think....

Very convenient if you need a place near the airport, as they offer a free shuttle both between the airport and the Narita train station. The room was large and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the gym surprisingly decent for an airport based hotel (handful of machines, cardio equipment, and light dumbbells, but enough to get a simple workout). The building also has a 7-11 right inside, and a 24hr market next door. Multiple smoking areas inside and out. I also believe it is cheaper than nearby similar hotels.
Outlets near the bed would have been nice.

The 24/hr gym was clean and well maintained with towels and fresh water! The breakfast buffet is amazing!!! Staff was kind and helpful. The airport transportation shuttle buses were on time friendly and more than happy to lift bags. Last minute flight change left me here for around 10 days. I was able to grab the shuttle to the airport then hop on the 1 hr shuttle to Disney parks. (Additional fee) it was 15 minutes to the train station where I was also able to access Disney park. I was on the fifth floor. It was so quiet!! Even the staff was quiet and respectful when cleaning. Super convenient 7-11 in the lobby. Hotel shuttle to local Mall as well!! The mall features sports store, Starbucks, numerous restaurants and shops as well as LUSH cosmetics.

Overnight stay to return the next day to pick up a family member. Another night pre departure. So all our needs met. Clean spacious room. Comfy beddings. Free airport shuttle bus to & back. Shuttle bus to narita town center. Umbrellas if needed at door to return after use. Good varieties of breakfast spread at buffett for international travelers. Good coffee machines.
Late arrival needs to walk out 20 minutes in dark streets at night to find some good. But local mini stop convenient stores avail prepackaged food. Weather was much cooler then expected so we managed a closer Thai family run eateries up the road.

I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. I walked to a couple of restaurants, the mall, and even an onsen. Bear in mind, some were 30+ minute walks. The hotel is nice, breakfast was included, and I only paid $60cdn per night! A small 7-11 is in the lobby and a larger convenience store is just off the parking lot. Free shuttle to the airport, mall, and JR station. Naritasan Park is a must, 25 minute walk.
The bed was too firm, a common issue in Japan. There's no pool. The bus to the mall was packed and took about 30 minutes; I walked back in 25.

Airport shuttle bus driver was very nice and shuttle bus directions were clear and precise. The bus is a large coach so there is ample space underneath for luggage. The hotel offered a discount (you have to ask) for the dinner buffet for those staying overnight and that buffet was quite good. The food was good but not great. In particular the restaurant is supposedly an Italian Japanese fusion restaurant but the Italian dishes are disappointing. The salad is good though. The rooms are small especially the triple rooms that have an extra 'rollaway' style bed in them. My wife and I perhaps should have asked if they could remove the 3rd bed. The beds themselves were comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was also good although an egg station would have been nice.
Location - + the shuttle bus gets you too and from the airport in about 25 minutes, negative side there really isn't anything in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Although there is a 7-11 in the lobby. The hotel does have shuttles that will take you too and from the Aeon mall but we didn't attempt that opting instead for the in house buffet. Room size is a little cramped especially if you have quite a bit of luggage.
