Great location, super close to Narita airport, and the free shuttle service they offer is a godsend. I didn’t realise that they had services to the hotel from the airport too, so it’s best to check with the hotel beforehand. They gave me a shuttle bus timetable after I arrived, but at that time I had already paid for a taxi to get there. 😅 Facilities were a bit aged but everything was clean. There was also a cute little convenience store directly downstairs with a decent selection of fresh and packaged food. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient, also spoke decent English. 👍

Wifi was so slow and unstable, not what I expected from a hotel close to a Tokyo airport. There was no hand soap, and the front desk said to use body wash.

Confortable. Everything needed in the room. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. There are even a konbini, ATM/money exchange machines, located on 1st floor, on the sides of the huge reception/lobby hall. We didn't have time to enjoy every facilities I think. We didn't need cleaning for a 2 days stay, so we runned out of tea, but I could ask for a refill at the reception. There is a free shuttle service to go to the airport and city.

The free shuttle service to reach Narita City (and return) was sometimes not the best option as it starts riding late morning, and the route is very long due to multiple stops at other hotels and shopping mall. Too many tourists arrived at once few times a day (full busses), they were often noisy in the room next doors and corridors... but that's not the hotel's fault of course.

I picked this hotel for its close proximity to Narita airport, as well as for the advertised size of the rooms, and both did not disappoint. I had plenty of room to sort all my items purchased in Japan across my luggage, and the free shuttle bus is at the airport in around 10 minutes. In addition, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very friendly and a convenience store inside the hotel provides a good range of products for purchase.

I had hoped to enjoy dinner in the restaurant (buffet style) on the top floor, but they didn't offer any options for a vegetarian like me, which was a bit disappointing. I hope in the future the hotel might consider to diversify their menu.

The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff was amazing. For the price you pay, it’s a great overnight stay in Narita airport. The shuttle buses to/from the airport are punctual and frequent. The room was immaculately clean and was equipped with toiletries. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. One of the better places I’ve stayed at near Narita Airport - スタッフの皆様へ:ありがとうございました

Other foreign guests being loud, but that is beyond out control. People need to understand that the world doesn’t revolve around them, and that there are others in this world that still have respect. On 1 occasion a person (can only assume they were Chinese) pushed in front of the line at the busy konbini to be served first. This sort of stuff annoys me. On another occasion 1 person physically pushed me over to go through the exit of the konbini. This has nothing to do with the hotel obviously, yet more so the guests, but it just really annoyed me to the point I almost got angry. Foreign guests should understand the respect culture of Japan before arriving

great price for this luxurious cost-effective hotel. Importantly better deal than the Nikko hotel I stayed. This hotel's reception area is luxurious and big, the room was bigger than the one in the Nikko hotel, yet cheaper than the Nikko hotel. Their dining place is located at 13th floor with a sweeping view and you can watch planes landing at the airport. Their dinner buffet was good. If you considered to stay in the Narita Nikko hotel, you should know that this hotel is a better deal.

Their convenient shop opens between 7am to 11pm only. Their shuttle bus from the airport becomes infrequent after 7pm

We traveled as two families and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist gave us rooms on the same floor, almost next to each other. As international travelers meeting family in one place, this made a huge difference—it gave us the perfect space to chat, gather, and relax together, with plenty of room for our luggage too. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious—plenty of options and everything was fresh and tasty. Sitting by the window made it even better, with a fabulous view and a cozy ambiance. The hotel also offers a convenient airport shuttle service to and from the airport, making traveling with all our luggage so much easier. There is a convenience store inside the hotel beside the reception area. A great stay overall!

We needed a convenient place to spend the night after a late flight into Narita, and this hotel was the perfect option! The free shuttle from the airport came right on time and had plenty of space to store our luggage. Check-in was quick and efficient, and staff was friendly. We were able to grab a late-night snack at the convenience store literally attached to the lobby. The rooms were very clean and the beds, surprisingly comfortable. We'll come back here next time we're in need of a Narita airport stay!

The A/C in the room didn't chill down very well, so it felt a little stuffy at night. We also only had 1 towel in each room, despite having 2 people/room (to their credit, we didn't call down to ask for additional ones; maybe they would have supplied them.)

Overall, this hotel was an ok place to stay while needing to be near the airport. The shuttle was pretty nice, and the rooms had everything that you need.

This place is massive and it has a very industrial sort of feel - not comfortable in terms of ambience. The dinner buffet is also VERY expensive and personally, I didn't think it was all that good (certainly not for the price). Second, the shuttle folks take a break right in the middle of the day, which can be inconvenient. And check out was told to us to be an hour earlier than listed on Booking and we had to pay for a late check out.

Airport shuttle to the hotel is brilliant, easy to find and runs often. Hotel was a short 10min bus ride. Check-in was a breeze, great restaurant that overlooks the aircraft taking off. Dinner was a little overpriced for the buffet (but food was nice) - I would've preferred to have the option to choose individual menu items instead of a full buffet. Breakfast was included with the room and waking up and watching the planes take-off was awesome. There's a small supermarket downstairs if you don't want to eat at the restaurant.

Little bit noisy in the hallways in the morning, you could hear others opening doors. I put earplugs in and this fixed that issue.

During our travels back home through Japan from South Korea, we had to stop at this hotel after experiencing a resurgence of a previous medical emergency. We ended up staying 6 nights at the hotel. By far, the staff was absolutely wonderful! They were always accommodating, and because we had to stay so long and had to switch rooms several times, they helped by taking all our belongings to our new room. When my family missed our shuttle to the mall, one of the workers (a manager, I believe) drove us there. On another occasion, he surprised us by picking us up (along with others staying at the hotel) from the mall bus pickup point to spare us from the extremely crowded last shuttle of the night, which serves a few other hotels in the area. Although there is nothing within walking distance around the hotel, they did have a small convenience store inside, which was nice. The ease of the shuttles between the airport to the hotel, and between the hotel to the mall was great as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, especially considering our situation (the medical emergency) at the time, which was extremely stressful.

Lack of walking proximity to amenities.
