Absolutely love the convenience of having the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Also was amazing to have a shadow to go to the mall. That was extremely convenient. The value for this hotel was also incredible.

The facilities are a little bit dated. We did see the pool and gym area, which is very dated. It’s just worn and old, but still functional and useful if you need it. They do require swim caps for the pool use. If you don’t have one, they do charge ¥100. We didn’t know that Also, the breakfast buffet at the California restaurant was mediocre. It provided different varieties of western, Japanese and Chinese food. However, the taste was lackluster and didn’t really warrant the price.

Yurakujo onsen was amazing. Lots of tourists but overall clean and many things to do. Food at the yurakujo onsen was great and cheap! Very special experience as you walk through dark corridor with star lighting on ceiling with warm water flowing down to get to main room. Many indoor and outdoor onsen about 40 C water temp. Also there is a free shuttle bus to narita airport. Takes about 15 min. Bus driver was so kind and helpful.

Hotel's buffet was really bad. Not many choice and expensive. Only good thing was king crab but it was worth the price. I think we paid 100$ for 2 adults. Hotel's fridge broke down overnight. We had stored our baby's milk, but unfortunately we had to throw it out along with some food I bought beforehand. But Hotel's management didn't accommodate anything for our loss.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room are bigger than most in Japan and we got a free onsen ticket which gives us a pleasant time to enjoy Japanese traditional bath. Their garden is also very nice to see, all lovely and well taken care for, very relaxing to the eyes. We really appreciate Mr. Kanal from front desk who are not just helpful but also give wise suggestion with luggage delivery within Japan, we really appreciate it and hope he would always be blessed with health. We also find the local man who helps at the restaurant to be nice and friendly, he works very dilligently and always put a nice smile, we are sorry to do not catch his name but we wish him for a long healthy life.

The hotel looks rather outdated in style but is very well cared except for rhe area in the right side where the laundry mat situated, it is a little bit looked like it is kind of abandoned. We think a little renovation would be great to make the hotel.looks updated

The staff provided exceptional customer service and was very accommodating. I would stay again if I found myself in need of a stay near Narita Airport. There is a complimentary airport shuttle bus to and from the airport and the train station. There is also a bus that goes directly from Tokyo Station to the hotel. They also allowed us to check in a few hours early and let us use the facilities for the entire day after check out. There is an onsen that is fun for the whole family with play areas for the kids and a restaurant. My three year old and I had a great afternoon there waiting for our late night flight. Our room was also very spacious which was great for repacking. There is also an indoor playroom for kids and I believe it's 24 hours. On a side note, the hotel is older and shows much wear and tear. This did not bother us for our short stay. The outdoor pool was on the cold side and the indoor pool was like a bath tub. The only food option was a buffet which we didn't partake in. There is a fabulous Thai restaurant within walking distance which was nice for lunch and dinner. I only wish there was a decent place for non buffet breakfast nearby.

The room was large and comfortable. The king bed was great. The bathroom was very nice. It's a very nice business-type hotel. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with many options. There's a 7-11 in the lobby and it's open until midnight, so it's easy to grab needed supplies/snacks. The staff was nice and many spoke good English.

The airport shuttle was great and a nice bonus, although they're spaced something like 2.5 or 3 hours apart, so you may have to do some considerable waiting at the airport. It would be nice if they ran more frequently. A taxi isn't too expensive, however.

Great hotel a littler dated but not was great with food amenities. Except the gym and the sauna needs updating other than that it was acceptable. The staff was great!

Too far from downtown. If your spending time I downtown won't book Thai hotel can ride was $200 US. From downtown to hotel. They have a shuttle to take you to the train station (pay a fee for the shuttle). but the train station is way too confusing with lots of trains. The shuttle stops running at 9pm so if your not back by then, you will have to take a train or a cab . Good luck with that. Trains also stop running at 12. They need an app that you can type your destination and it tells you which train to take.

We stayed 1 night, in preparation for an early flight the next day. The interconnecting rooms were great, as we are a family of 4.. Our bedroom had a little balcony. Beds were very comfortable. It was great having a 711 inside the hotel! We ended up buying our dinner there as we didn't fancy having the seafood buffet. It was very convenient getting the free shuttle to the airport. Tip, we got a taxi from the train station as we didn't want to mess around with local buses after being on trains all day.. Was not an expensive taxi ride..Well worth it.

There were limited dining options on a week night (sports bar was closed) and no room service available.. So the only option was the buffet, which if you don't eat seafood is not the best value. We had dinner from the 711 which was fine as we were all tired anyway.

The staff were lovely, especially as there seemed to be quite a big group just booked in before me and a few rude guests. My room was spacious and comfortable. It’s a bit dated but I like the retro hotels. It has amazing facilities if you are all fine for walking outside. I loved the hot springs, that you get free use of. There are free shuttles to and from the airport, but nit very often. They give you a timetable so you can plan it. They also have a bus that goes into Tokyo for ¥1300 one way which was super handy as I’d booked something there the day before I flew out.

The bus drivers were a bit rude and rushing. But I guess they just do their job and me not having good Japanese or understanding their English was not really their fault.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I didn't want to leave. I almost canceled my hotel in Tokyo because I didn't want to leave. I love the fact that I was able to relax in the Onsen. I wish I would have known that the onsen was not open on Mondays though because it threw off my planned outings. Shuttle service to and from the airport and into town was great.

The hotel is very nice and you can tell that it was a very nice hotel and it's hay day. The hotel is much older now and could use a facelift in the rooms. The furniture, carpet, and lighting are all outdated. Their food costs way too much to be of any value. I would recommend eating at the Onsen instead. The bathroom is a good size bathroom but the way it is set up you feel like you're stepping into a cruise ship bathroom.

Great if you want to experience the awesome Yurakujo Onsen, it's a place where you can spend a whole afternoon using the great indoor and outdoor bath, the sauna...but you can also play game, relax and read mangas, eat. Entrances for the Onsen are included if you book a room at the hotel. We were at the 11th floor of the hotel and the view is amazing. We booked at the last minute a room for smokers but when we arrived, the reception asked us if we wanted to change for a non-smokers room extremely quickly and for no extra charge, we greatly appreciated. The bed was comfy, we slept well. The room was bigger than any hotel in Tokyo so it was very useful for our last packing before leaving Japan. There is a fitness room an sauna in the hotel but we couldn't try it, we chose the Onsen ! There are free shuttles to and from Kensei Narita train station, aeon shopping mall and of course the Narita airport. We picked that place for our last night in Japan before our flight back he on the next day but I think it's a place worth staying for 2 or more night to enjoy the facilities, the park and of course the Onsen. There is a tennis court, a ping pong table, a bar that opens late, a 7-11 in the lobby...

The hotel is getting old compared to others. The buffet dinner is not worth at all : cold food and not a great variety of foods, especially for 5000¥. Can't tell about the breakfast, we took the 6:00am shuttle to the airport and it starts at 6:30. There are not that many shuttles during the day because the hotel is not that close to anything so every trip is a minimum of 20 min (to go the the train station, the mall or the airport. You can't book a shuttle so be sure to be ready in the lobby 10min the scheduled time so you can spot the driver. We almost missed it, the receptionist had to run and stop the shuttle that just left without us.
