This is my 5th stay at this hotel. It's getting a bit old but I know what to expect. The rooms aren't big (typical for Japan) but the staff are excellent from the front desk to the bar staff to the housekeeping (front desk couldn't do enough for you). The location is excellent - you can't beat it. A couple of minutes to walk to the train station and a couple of minutes walk to restaurants etc. Convenience stores opposite. Bus to the Aeon shopping mall a few minutes away. Excellent value for money and will stay here again.

What could have been better? Nothing except for maybe a revamp.

It was close to the train station so I didn’t have to walk a long distance in the winter, when I stayed there. I loved the fact that there was a microwave I could use down the hallway, as I had to warm my baby food at night. It was a decent accommodation for the price I paid for my room. Will probably use next time.

So the Air conditioner control is same as the bedside alarm clock. It was the morning I was leaving that I eventually figured it out. Lol. The weather was pretty cool anyway, it was winter so I didn’t need to cool the room. Perhaps, write a note stating where the A/C control/remote is, for those of us not accustomed to to that style of remote control.

It was clean, and the room was good enough for the budget. You can immediately tell it's a four-star hotel that now operates as a three-star hotel. So, don't expect much service. The staff were moderately nice. They have many activities, like a bar and sports club, etc. There is parking in the building, so do not worry. Park, get a ticket; when you want to take your car out, ask the staff at the counter, and they will give you the ticket for free parking. Anyway, it's in a good location and is clean. So, go for it!

Personally, for the price, I felt they were a bit stingy with the amenities (two cotton buds? One for each? Seriously? But it was okay because I brought my own). That is not a big deal to most people, though. Nice point—you can pick up DHC amenities like toner at the counter, but I didn't. Also, my room had a water leak by the window, so if you are staying, check that as well. The power outlets are few. In my room, there were none at the bedside table. Also, there were only two mirrors: one in the bathroom and one long mirror in the closet area. So, ladies, if you want to do your makeup, you will need to do that in the bathroom. The smoking area is on the fourth floor. It is an open space, like a rooftop, not a smoking room. So, you might feel cold, and it looks quite run-down.

WelcoNarita locates closed to the 2 train stations and on the way to the old town and the temple : very convenient with restaurants and supermarkets around. Staffs speak English and very helpful. Our room located at the 9th floor we could see the sunset, room is spacious except the air conditioning is not very updated but not bad. We like the place and will return

The air conditioning is not strong enough , you see a lot of condensation on the window in the morning

The room was comfortable and well equipped, fridge, water boiler, robes, slippers etc. just lacking a security box, which meant that we had to take our valuables with us everywhere. The location is ideal, right in the centre, a couple of minutes walk from both Keisei Narita and JR Narita rail stations. There is a small AEON with good supermarket 10 minutes walk away.

We were initially given a smoking room (or perhaps a previous smoking room) that smelt stale and with little natural light. We complained (having booked a non-smoking room) and were then offered a small double (we booked a twin) eventually after a bit of huffing and puffing by the staff member, we were offered a nice twin, with no smoking smell and plenty of natural light. Luckily my wife is Japanese and was able to convey our displeasure, not sure how a foreigner would fair…

It's right next to the station and 1/2 stations away from Narita Airport. Great for people with early flights. Clean and comfortable. Really nice shampoo and conditioner; as well as a spacious tub. Big window that opens is a huge bonus.

My partner and I look and speak Japanese so people just assume we are and tend to be more free with their comments. TV wasn't working and they fixed it relatively quickly BUT the engineer nonchalantly said that "foreigners steal the TV card". Now, I don't know how true this statement is but regardless, it was racist.

Inexpensive, clean, very helpful staff and public transport no more than a 4 minute walk to train station, taxis and buses. A Lawson 24/7 convince store across the road. If you don’t wish to use the train a Taxi fare to the airport cost me ¥4200.

No complimentary shuttle service to Airport any more. The hotel is very good but don’t expect the standard of a 5 star hotel. For a stay close to the airport this is very good.

It was less than a 5 minutes walk from the keisei narita station which is nice when you are bringing a lot of luggages. The staffs were well versed in english and the hotel room itself was spacious, with enough room to keep luggaes open without the need to clean it up to make walk room. The room also came with extra pillows, a thick blanket, sleep wear and bathroom amenities.

The onlything that i found that was a miss was that in the bathroom ventilation dust could be seen building up.

Good location and easy access to train stations like KEISEI-Narita to Airport (just enter station and platform right in front) and many eateries around. Hotel is clean but a little old and needs refreshing, though still comfy to stay n sleep. Reception staff is very helpful and room service is immediate to address issue. Weighing machine near the reception is useful. Staff also very helpful for luggage storage for those arriving early before checking. A must have facility for any hotel.

Room window is difficult to open. Could do some servicing.

We stayed one night before our early morning flight. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, which made getting to the airport really easy. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Perfect for a convenient and stress-free overnight stay.

There was no airport shuttle service, which would’ve made things even more convenient.
