Breakfast was great, perfect location to catch train. Room small but all you need in it

A lot of noise from other guest kids screaming at 6 am. Also shouting and slamming doors after midnight ... for long time. Staff didn't seem to care.

Superb breakfast!! Transport from the hotel was difficult - we had to walk & take several escalators to reach the train station - taxis were parked in front. If you call a taxi there’s an extra ¥900.

We stayed at Comfort Hotel Narita from 27-28 May before our early morning flight back to SG from Terminal 1. Our Twin room was surprisingly spacious, perfect for last-minute luggage sorting! Self check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Only minor inconvenience was the lobby being on Level 2, but overall a comfortable and convenient stay. Recommended for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay near Narita Airport!"

Breakfast was great- and free! Location was very handy for the JR and Keisei stations once we found the escalators. Google Maps took us on a 10 minute walk to get there from the JR Station but it was much easier to walk through the Keisei station to take the escalators down. Don't worry if you walk the long way the first time as it's downhill, but look out for the shortcut on your return

Great value, friendly staff, nothing to dislike

I've never had such a big room in a hotel in Japan! Even when we put three suitcases on the floor and one of us sat at the table, the other one could still move around freely. I also loved the wonderful library café, where you could enjoy a cup of coffee while reading one of the books, many of which were about the area and aviation. If you come in autumn, try the peanuts rice at breakfast, as it's apparently a local speciality. I can definitely recommend staying here not only if you have a flight next morning, but also to spend some time in the area - for example, the Naritasan, a temple complex with a beautiful park, is only a twenty-minutes walk away.

Travel tip: As we arrived late afternoon after a long flight instead of dealing with train to Tokyo then finding our accommodation in Tokyo we booked a Narita Hotel for two nights as it's quick and easy to get to ,slept in, enjoyed a lovely breakfast and looked around Narita Town, gardens and Shrine area which we highly recommend, then onto Tokyo-great decision. Room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable for a short stay , overall very good value.

First time using as "Pod" bathroom and the size of Japanese hotel rooms. But you get used to this so all good.

The location, very close to the airport, the easy self check in and check out system. Staff are very professional and helpful.

A stop before Narita Airport, and its close proximity to the train station! The room we booked was compact but it fits our big luggages. Walkable distance to the huge supermarket, some eateries and lawson. It’s peaceful and quiet and quite a nice town for a pit stop.

Nothing at all!

We returned to this property for our last night. We booked an extra day as we had an evening flight and it was perfect.

Firstly, the staff were excellent. They are very polite and attentive, and are a large part of the reason for our wonderful stay. We booked a twin room at short notice due to changes to our travel plans. We booked a twin room with two really comfortable beds. The facility was neat, clean and very well looked after. The location a short strool from the train station. Breakfast was wonderful, simple, honest and delicious home cooked style food. It made our overnight stay such a pleasure. Due to our wonderful experience at Comfort Hotel Narita, we would consider spending more time exploring the Keisei Narita and nearby area in the future..

There isn't any thing that we didn't like about this hotel, other than that it's a little old and dated, however, this is well and truly off-set by all the things we like about this hotel. A note to other travellers that the reception is on the second floor and there is only a small sign at ground level.
