My kids loved the bunks in the standard family room—we arrived so late and left so early for our flight that we didn’t even notice that it didn’t have a view, so if you’re in the same situation you can save some money and pay for a standard room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was fantastic—left exactly on time, got us to the airport at exactly the time they said it would. The restaurant was closed by the time we got there, so I wish we had picked up some take away near the train station or something. Because of the holiday there was only a 7-11 and a Chinese restaurant open within walking distance, but there are other options when it isn’t the New Year holiday. There was only one pillow per bed, but there were 5 of us, so if you’re in a larger family be sure to request extra pillows at check in.

The kids in the bunks were really hot from the heater (and thermodynamics), but those of us on the floor were cold. Consider that when deciding who will sleep up top.

Very comfortable, room was bright and clean, enough beds to accommodate a family of 5 including 2 children and an adult child. Shower facilities in the room were lovely and warm, separate toilet was a bonus. Way to access with a lift. Easy to find the room and the staff were lovely and greeted with the warmest smiles. Cannot fault location or accommodation.

I really love the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the surrounding. And of the course the staff too. I would recommend this hotel for a night stay, but not for many nights.

The size of the room. Maybe I should choose a bigger room as I brought my mom, and two of my siblings, so I felt like it was cramping, you cant really move so much, with the luggages too.

I’m a sucker for a hard bed so super happy with the bed (think I was fast asleep within 5 minutes). Room was basic in a good way - no frills and great value

Mushy scrambled eggs are a thing in Japan and that takes a little to get used to being a lover of said dish anytime before midday!! The wonderful toasting machine made up for it!

The staff were very kind and the rooms were clean. There were also buffet breakfast provided and shuttle service to the airport. All of it at an affordable, reasonable price.

It is located a bit far from the airport. I hope they can also provide shuttle service from airport to their hotel.

There is a free shuttle service every day, at any hour, to get to Narita Airport, very convenient. Rooms are very nice, there is also a 24 hours free hot/cold water dispenser on the second floor. The hotel is situated in a quiet area with some great restaurants.

Despite being a hotel close to the international Narita Airport, the staff does not speak English, making it a bit difficult to communicate. Also, there is a dining space, but it's not open for dinner, just for breakfast.

The property is on a very quiet neighbourhood. Very relaxing specially if you have a quick stopover overnight for your next flight

Not really that i don't like, but the vending machine doesn't accept card , only accept coins (yen)

About a 3500yen taxi ride from airport to hotel- but free if you take shuttle ( however had kids that were losing it). Totally adequate for a family of four. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds and did the trick after long haul flight. Breakfast was good and then shuttled ( free) back to airport the next morning to take the train into Tokyo city.

All good.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and could also speak Chinese which was helpful for us since we didn’t speak Japanese but could speak Chinese. The rooms and beds were clean. Restroom fixtures were modern.

WiFi was a little weak!
