I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and appreciated the convenient access to food and beverages available at the reception area. Additionally, the close proximity to Narita Airport was a significant advantage.

While I appreciated the close proximity to Narita Airport, the sound of planes landing and taking off, along with the occasional noise from passing trucks, made it somewhat challenging to get a restful night’s sleep.

I liked the efficient use of this small space. The staff is very good and helpful. There is a freezer near the office that offers you light meals to take and microwave in your room.

If you are a light sleeper this location is not for you as you hear the planes taking off all day till 11:00 pm. Also, this location is not near any convenience stores or places to eat if you are on foot!

Comfy container rooms are better than capsule hotel

No shuttle service to the airport unfortunately and taxi is quite expensive

It is quite special experience living here. They have a self check in machine but also willing to help you operate the machine. They provided free coffee machine and prepared some instant food for us to microwave in our room. They also provide private parking, and only need 5-10 mins walk to a convenience store. It is not big but got most of the thing you need in the hotel room.

I chose here as I thought here is close to airport, so I returned my rented car the day before I leave Japan. Turns out it is not as close to the airport terminal as I think however it is my choice so I have no complaint. Since it is a bit close to airport, there will be quite some noise but acceptable.

Absolutely loved the space and accurate to pictures. Staff at checkin in were super helpful and explained everything really well. Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.

Would have loved to have a second pillow. Other than that no complaints.

The concept is amazing and it's the main reason why we chose this hotel. We expected a cool and different hotel and were delightfully surprised by how nice it is overall. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are very well arranged. The bathroom, though small (obviously) had all the amenities we needed and its shower is great. I absolutely loved the orange smell shampoo, conditioner and hand soup!! Everyone from the staff was also super nice and helpful.

The location wasn't the best and it took us forever to get there. We were in Tokyo and ended up going to Narita airport by train and taking a taxi to the hotel (the taxi only cost us over ¥3,000 which I think it's a bit expensive). On the way back to Tokyo we got a bus which was much cheaper and convenient but there aren't many of these so we had to plan way ahead to make it on time for what we needed to do. The other thing that we didn't like so much is that everytime a car passed by (mostly during the day because it's a very quiet place at night), the container would shake almost as if an earthquake was happening 😅).

The staff were beyond helpful! They anticipated my needs, organised a taxi without my needing to ask, and explained everything. Close to the airport, the room.had everything I needed (bed and shower, most importantly!). It was similar to a room I stayed in in Tokyo, only less pretentious

I was a bit disorganised with my bags etc when I got there, and the stairs to the room made this difficult- but most of that was probably me not the property :)

It was unique, clean and of good value of money. The location was very near Narita airport. it has free parking spaces if you bring your car and you can also ask the staff to call a taxi for you if you need one. The rooms were already heated up when we came. It was “well-cleaned” clean. Each rooms has air purifier and massage chair. it has also free light meal and overflowing free coffee (Yay!) the staffs were also polite and very helpful. even if you can’t speak Japanese, they go extra mile to help you.

i hope there’s free water for the guest. It’s kinda shaky when trucks pass by (although it was mentioned on others’ reviews. ) it didn’t matter to us anyway. aside from the planes, You can also hear noises from some guests passing by the rooms. It was quite noisy especially when they’re pulling their luggages. (they have earplugs available at the front desk if you quite mind the noise)

I love the individual unit and the AC worked amazing. The shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn’t like the stairs to get the unit (there were only three stairs but I had an overweight bag that was incredibly difficult to lift). It would be nice if they added a small ramp to get to the units.

The free amenities given on entry were amazing - a frozen meal each (fried rice) and unlimited toothbrushes / hairbrushes / towels / razors and more. The room was comfortable and having a fridge, microwave and desk were really nice touches. Bathroom was a good size considering the container style room.

No direct airport shuttle, local bus only (which didn't run between 9.30am-12pm?). Meant we were left to take a taxi which was annoying considering how close we were to the airport.
