The hotel offers a great free shuttle service to both the mall and airports, with pickups approximately every 30 minutes, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was nice, clean, and somewhat comfortable for our family of five. The bathroom was well-stocked with lots of amenities, including razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and more. The à la carte restaurant was a good, offering plenty of Western options, which was especially convenient after arriving on our first night and settling into the hotel and trying to get our bearings.

The pillows were very hard. I'm not sure if this is a Japanese preference, and the hotel might have other options, but we only stayed one night and didn’t ask.

The location is perfect for a night before an early flight home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pajamas provided are divine, especially after you hit the public bath on B1. Family Mart is just downstairs and sell some really cute souvenirs for last minute shopping! Great way to get rid of any extra coins! The rooms are large, clean, and are stocked with basic amenities like cleansing oil, face wash, face cream, body wash, S & C, toothbrush, hairbrush etc. The buffet lunch and buffet breakfast are a MUST. It is well worth every penny! The in house laundry room is very convenient, as well as the massage chairs outside the bath house entrance. 100Y for 10 mins was perfect. This place also has many public toilets placed around the common areas. Big bonus when traveling in a group!

The only thing I can think of is that the vent in the bathroom of our room wasn't great. Other then that we were very happy with the place.

Hotel offered not only a free shuttle to/from the airport, but also to the JR train station and the AEON mall in Narita. This was a great benefit as we ended up having an extra day there and took advantage to go see the wonderful free shrine in town. There was also a convenient Family Mart in the lobby area with snacks, pre-made meals, and toiletries which was very helpful as there are not any restaurants (besides the one at the hotel) or stores within walking distance. Twin beds felt extra wide and were comfortable. Staff were always very friendly and able to accommodate at least basic English. We didn't hear any noise from the nearby road or airport in the room. There was also a lovely little garden at the front of the hotel which was a nice spot to explore. WiFi was good.

Room was tight even by Japanese standards, but manageable with smaller luggage. The TV didn't have an option to sign into streaming networks (at least that we could find), which was a bit of a letdown as this was available at other hotels.

Friendly staff and a Family Mart on location. Breakfast has many choices and the food was great. The omelet station was good. There is also a nice walking path around the property that feels very relaxing.

Rooms are small and the bathroom feels like an airplane lavatory but with a shower. Family Mart is a small location and when the flight teams all come down to leave for their flights, it takes a while to restock. Just be aware and come down early to get your favorite snacks and food. Hotel is not in walking distance to anywhere. The free shuttle is convenient but is always crowded. It's best to get a taxi or Uber if you're traveling with family.

Less 10 minutes easy complementary shuttle ride between hotel and airport. But must be careful the schedule mostly shuttles run every 30 minutes but sometime once an hour. They have many room amenities and toiletries. Pajamas, slippers, pot, coffee and tea, cloths and room fresher spray, air purifier, pants Pressers, shaver, body sponge, tooth brush set, facial tonner, lotion, after shave lotion, make remover, comb and WASHLET!!!!

Breakfast and Dinner buffet is amazing and great quality and selection but you may feel like it is a little bit over price. In this case there is KONBINI "FamilyMart" right next of the buffet restaurant.

The shuttle bus service between the JR train station, Aeon Mall and airport makes this hotel. It meant we could easily get to the hotel on the first night from the train station. We were then able to get back to the station the next day to see the temple area of Narita which is amazing, and then the following day easily transferred to the airport. We had our whole family of 5 in a single room with 3 double beds, but the room felt spacious and easily handled our size. An amazing find. Clean. Great service. A really nice way to finish our stay in Japan. Oh, and the Family Mart in the hotel is amazing. Makes getting snacks at any time so convenient and there's additional souveniers in this one which we loved!

We didn't like their pillows. They have 2 types. Neither were great, but we had to ask for extra of the softer pillow (not the memory foam one). The beds were also a little on the hard side, which was fine for some who like that (like myself), but for others in the family they didn't enjoy it quite as much.

Very clean ! Has everything one needs for resourcing before or after a long flight, or like me, waiting for a flight that got delayed. Gym, pool, massage, sauna and free shuttle to the mall or train station…amazing! Restaurant and convenient store in the hotel and a lovely garden with waterfalls and bridges to be in touch with nature and walk around meditatively…❤️ and massage chairs for 100¥ for 10 minutes massage at the entrance of the spa, if you don’t have the budget or time for the real thing😜.

The elliptical machine doesn’t change level, so one can only use it at its lowest level of effort for warm up, but that’s it. Also, the food at the buffet in the morning, was not matching my expectations…

Most everything. Staff is excellent. Everyone was professional and helpful. We had a Superior triple room for our family and it has enough room for luggage and us. Beds are comfortable (for us). A lot of outlets for all our electronics. All the amenities were well appointed. A convenience store right in the lobby, a equipped gym, laundry machines and a sauna/spa rooms... Buses that runs to and from hotel and Narita town.

The distance from Narita town. The bus can get quite full during rush hour (esp the one that picks up from Aeon Mall) But we took a cab back (about US$13)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for the buffet lunch and enjoyed the variety of food and drinks offered. I had a great view of the pond and the mini waterfall. The lobby was decorated nicely. The view from my room was great. The shuttle drivers were amazing. They were polite and helpful. I also appreciate the toiletries provided. They provided packages of cream face-wash, toner, shaving kit, after shave lotion, face moisturizer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and ++. The hotel also provided various cellphone chargers in the room.

It would be more helpful for the shuttle bus to have a visible sign with the name of the hotel. The bathroom fixtures in the room were old and should be renovated. The toilet had yellow stain that made it unpleasant to use. There was a guy that walked in the bathroom while I was there. He startled me. He didn’t say anything to me and started to empty the trash. I was scared and left quickly.

I've made the right decision to book this hotel for 1 night prior to our early morning flight on the next day. The free shuttle service from the hotel to Narita Airport is a big bonus! The free shuttle bus was very efficient and available every 30 minutes starting from 4.30am if I am not mistaken. The price is very reasonable for a family room with 3 super single beds which is okay for my family (2 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant). The Family Mart downstairs inside the hotel building is our savior to get late night snacks and early morning breakfast.

I think the heating system inside the hotel room is quite warmer than what we need and we cannot adjust the temperature. But it is not a big problem as we can just open the window a bit to have some cold air to cool down the room.
