The hotel offers a great free shuttle service to both the mall and airports, with pickups approximately every 30 minutes, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was nice, clean, and somewhat comfortable for our family of five. The bathroom was well-stocked with lots of amenities, including razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and more. The à la carte restaurant was a good, offering plenty of Western options, which was especially convenient after arriving on our first night and settling into the hotel and trying to get our bearings.

The pillows were very hard. I'm not sure if this is a Japanese preference, and the hotel might have other options, but we only stayed one night and didn’t ask.

All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable, no closet, but the room it self made up for that. bathroom had all the basic amenities you need. Electric pot, coffee and teas, mini fridge and bottled water. If you have a do not disturb on your door, a note is slid under the door to call the front desk before 4:30pm that you would like your room cleaned. I liked this better than having a message on the phone. Was so relieved a shuttle bus was available to go to the train station, airport and Aeon Mall. There is a Family Mart that is open pretty much 24hrs, but does close for restocking. It was always open while we were there. Got most of our snacks and drinks there, very convenient.

The a/c could have been cooler, but my wife liked it the way it was.

The location is perfect for a night before an early flight home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pajamas provided are divine, especially after you hit the public bath on B1. Family Mart is just downstairs and sell some really cute souvenirs for last minute shopping! Great way to get rid of any extra coins! The rooms are large, clean, and are stocked with basic amenities like cleansing oil, face wash, face cream, body wash, S & C, toothbrush, hairbrush etc. The buffet lunch and buffet breakfast are a MUST. It is well worth every penny! The in house laundry room is very convenient, as well as the massage chairs outside the bath house entrance. 100Y for 10 mins was perfect. This place also has many public toilets placed around the common areas. Big bonus when traveling in a group!

The only thing I can think of is that the vent in the bathroom of our room wasn't great. Other then that we were very happy with the place.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it's one of my favorites in Narita. It's conveniently located near the mall, a temple, and the airport. I really appreciate the friendly staff and how organized everything is. The airport bus always arrives on time, and the drivers are exceptionally helpful. They manage to fit everyone and their luggage on board, ensuring that no one gets left behind, even when it seems like there might not be enough space. Overall, I love how convenient and welcoming this hotel is.

I wish they had a compression machine. I also wish they had an iron that I could check out instead of going to the laundry room.

I picked Mystays Premier Narita over another airport hotel because of the more frequent shuttle schedules both to the airport and to Narita-san. The staff members were helpful to receive my pocket wifi and to use Yamato to forward my luggage (fyi, 160 cm luggage from this airport hotel to another Tokyo hotel cost around ¥2500 as of 7/5/2025). I did not eat in the restaurant. It should be convenient but a bit pricey for me. The 24 hours convenience store is also very helpful to have quick dinner after our long haul flight. The floor we stayed (3rd floor with deluxe triple beds) has a vending machine and a microwave in the hallway. I will choose Mystays Narita again if I need to stay around the area

The bathroom counter is a bit tight. If they can have some plates or bowls and tableware would be nice.

-The Tatami Suite was really beautifully decorated, and reasonably spacious for a family of 5 (my youngest had to share a bed with me) -Excellent location close to the airport with a free shuttle bus -The buffet breakfast was absolutely fabulous -The Family Mart on site was very convenient

-The beds in the Tatami Suite were really uncomfortable - especially the futons for the kids, they were paper thin -The bathroom had a really strong smell of mold -While the location in proximity to the airport is amazing, there isn't much else to do in the area without a bit of a trip into the main town of Narita

The location was excellent, very easy to get to from rental car office. The hotel parking was convenient. The lobby, restaurant, and onsite convenience store were all inviting and easy to access with English. We had an evening overseas arrival so we were very glad the restaurant was open late and had a good selection of menu items even after the buffet had closed. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We were so glad we chose to include the breakfast buffet, it was one of the best we experienced in our 3 weeks in Japan. It offered both western and traditional Japanese options so we could ease into the Japanese experience. Our stay was very short so we did not experience any of the other amenities offered at the hotel, but we would have if we had more time. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was a tad small with three beds, but we were there to sleep and the beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed.

Actung!!! This hotel have swimming pool and private onsen, make sure you will stay more than 1 day in here, toiletries are free with high quality benefit for your body. Nearby to airport with free shuttle bus. There is minimarkt in the lobby, so you wont feel lonely because you can easier find foods, snack and of course alcohol 🤭😝,Highly recommend for any grades of human being, from single, couple till family. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to drink their free green tea pack in your room, it taste so extremely Autentic Japan, boil your hot water with the “ joizirushi “ kettle , unpack the green tea bag wait a few minutes and it taste really “ Welcome in Japan “ . I wish you will be happy and satisfied like me 😍

Staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel was recommended to us from www.storagebookings.com when we'd made a storage booking. Booking.com and Storagebookings.com did a great job in helping find suitable accommodation when moving and also to find suitable storage. Hotel was clean with great garden and also it's one of the closer hotels from Narita airport which made it only 10 minutes by free hotel shuttle bus.

Hotel offered not only a free shuttle to/from the airport, but also to the JR train station and the AEON mall in Narita. This was a great benefit as we ended up having an extra day there and took advantage to go see the wonderful free shrine in town. There was also a convenient Family Mart in the lobby area with snacks, pre-made meals, and toiletries which was very helpful as there are not any restaurants (besides the one at the hotel) or stores within walking distance. Twin beds felt extra wide and were comfortable. Staff were always very friendly and able to accommodate at least basic English. We didn't hear any noise from the nearby road or airport in the room. There was also a lovely little garden at the front of the hotel which was a nice spot to explore. WiFi was good.

Room was tight even by Japanese standards, but manageable with smaller luggage. The TV didn't have an option to sign into streaming networks (at least that we could find), which was a bit of a letdown as this was available at other hotels.
