Very convenient with the train station chibachuo downstairs. Able to go to Chiba station 1 minute away which is a main transport hub. Downstairs in the complex is a pharmacy, good grocery shop, 24 convenience store and a 1 dollar store as well as a Starbucks and other eating places. Breakfast at the hotel is a mix of many cuisines and a reasonable price. Bed was very comfortable and room super clean. Laundry machines available. Bottled water every day in fridge.

We didn’t find the closeness to the train station a problem with the soundproofing and we tend to sleep with ear plugs any way. Really there was nothing.Just remember no microwave .

The hotel is located by the entrance to Chiba-Chuo station, which made it convenient to travel around. The staff was very helpful during the check-in process. The room itself was clean and somewhat spacious. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, and the pillows provided were above-average (this is subjective - I've had horrible experiences with hotel pillows in Japan, so if I say they're above-average, that's a huge plus in my book). The LAN internet connection was quite speedy, considering that I used it with my personal travel router with a VPN.

I don't really have any negatives to say about the entire experience. There were a few marks on the wall from wear and tear, but I'm basically nitpicking at this point.

Spacious room for two. Very convenient location for facilities; shops, restaurants, cafes and train station is two minutes walk. Because it is a hotel, reception opens 24 hours for help, receive packets for us, and responds small requests/questions happily. As the our stay is more than one nights, they are flexible for timing of room cleaning timing, which we appreciate.

Unfortunately, during the stay, which is winter, the weather turned very warm and our room became very warm. However, hotel's air-conditioning system cannot be changed to cool down the room. It was very hot...

Location was great, especially if you plan to take Keisei line as it’s just a few steps away from the hotel. But if you need to take JR line or CUM, you have to walk to Chiba station, which is about 5-8 mins away. Not bad but we had 2 luggage’s and a stroller, I would have transferred to Chibachuo station instead if I redo it. Very clean room as well. They also provide bottled water and replenish it. They also replenished the supplies, like toothbrush, etc.

We booked a room from the annex building, so we had to walk a few steps from the main building to the annex building. It’s not a big deal but when we arrived we were so tired that we just wanted to rest. I think the rooms in the annex building are slightly bigger and newer.

Location of the Hotel is really superb, you just come down and there are many restaurants and super market. Chiba-chu Metro station is situated jut below the . Breakfast was also excellent.

Amenities may be improved upon .. similar hotels do provide Steam Iron in room and Microwave in vicinity. 1. On demand, steam iron may be provided in the room.. as these are quite safe so no risk for the property in providing steam iron in the room ... as per hotel policy they ask to come to reception and there a separate room available for iron which is not a convenient option 2. Microwave on each floor of hotel may be provided.

Conveniently located to both Chiba and Chiba-Chuo Station as well as our aunt's place in Nishi-Chiba. Also conveniently located to shops, restaurants and our favorite 7-11. Even though the hotel is right at the station the train noises weren't loud. Rooms were clean with nice amenities including pajamas, slippers, tea, fridge. There was also laundry available on the 8th floor which, if we had known, we definitely would have packed less. Since we booked late and needed enough beds for 3 people we were in the Annex part of the hotel which was separated from the main hotel by the train tracks. Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned every day and stocked with water bottles every day. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Great location, right next to the Chibachuo station, surrounded by many restos/cafes/konbinis/shops. We got the annex room which is spacious by Japanese standard. Nice firm bed and pillows. Laundromat and vending machines in the building. Super friendly staff who speak English well. We had a very pleasant stay.

Nothing, it was great! Will come and stay here again next time we’re in Chiba.

Very spacious, clean, safe, & perfect size for a couple especially when traveling with lots of luggage. We loved how there was a food court, daiso, family mart, Starbucks, drugstore, all downstairs as soon as coming out of hotel elevator. 7/11 is also right across the street.

Extremely good location. The first floor is right next to the train station, and a supermarket and even a macdonalds if you need it. The hotel staff spoke English, which seems to be a rarity these days in Japan. The view was nice and the room was clean. The cleaning staff were also very polite and friendly to me.

Nothing negative to point out

Everything was great, but especially the location. Right on top of the KS line, a mall and several food outlets. Breakfast in the morning was a vast and varied buffet. Despite the city centre location the room was silent. We stayed here direct from a flight into Narita and I used public transport to get there which was really easy and worked well.

I had requested an early check-in as my flight arrived at 9am but when I got there at 12 my room wasn't ready. A small thing but I really was tired!
