The room was good; the staff was amazing. Any question we had or anything we needed or wanted to know about the area, the people at the front desk were so nice and kind and helpful. The location was also great for getting to where we wanted to go. I was very happy that it had laundry facilities. The restaurant downstairs was also exceptional and convenient.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, and we were only given one pillow per person. They usually would provide extra pillows but had run out (there was a big event and I'm sure we weren't the only ones wanting extra pillows).

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the JR station, with both a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart conveniently located on either side. Additionally, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the large bathtub is perfect for accommodating one adult and two kids with plenty of space.

There are only three washers available for the entire hotel, which is not sufficient to cover peak times. Additionally, the efficiency of the machines is low. I spent ¥600 for a 2-hour wash and dry cycle, but the laundry was not adequately dried, forcing me to hang it overnight.

I liked the location so close to the train station. The shopping and restaurants were wonderful and there was a nice park nearby. The rooms are small and they stuff a large massage chair into the better rooms, which is nice but increases the crowding for two occupants. We used the washing machine and the microwave and were grateful for all amenities including the convenience shop next door.

Perhaps the buffet breakfast could have an occasional change in the menu. Next time I may occasionally go to the nearby McDonald's for pancakes, but I will stay on-site when I want natto.

I chose to stay at the hotel for a couple nights because I wanted to be close to Narita airport. I think it may be a business hotel but the stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the hotel provides a vast selection of amenities in the lobby. The room was pretty spacious in consideration to others I had stayed in Japan. Everything was very clean and it was located near a large shopping mall which was nice to explore. It was a perfect stay for a. short amount of time as it was clean, easily accessible, and close to a bunch of convenient stores and other shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, very close to train station. Room size is good for one person. If you are a couple with luggages, it's a bit small.

The hospitality of the staff, they should be more mindful that foreigners are not used to Japanese cultures, it's better to explain all the detail regarding the stay such as room number, on which floor. I've experience them having me pay with the machine without explaining anything after the payment. Which we have to ask about the detail of the room we stay. They should be more mindful of giving services. When compare to other hotels, the staff's service should be improved.

Like all hotels in Japan, everything in the room was tidy and efficient and worked splendidly. Really good drip coffee bags was an added bonus.

The only downer was that I showed up at 1:45 pm for a 2:00 pm check-in and was the only person in the lobby. I was told to wait the fifteen minutes or else pay 1000 yen to check in early. I went to 7-11 to get a few things to eat and drink and when I returned there was a lineup in the lobby and I had to wait to check in for another 20 minutes. Fifteen minutes guys, don't be so rigid with those policies. If you can check someone in, just check them in.

Much bigger room than we expected for Japan and compared with two other hotels on our trip. High standard of service in all areas and high quality fittings and decor. Location perfect for Chiba station and many excellent restaurants. Nice little park with boating pond and fabulous restaurant/cafe within walking distance. Monorail trip is a must as are the Port Side Tower and Art Museum en route.

Close to Chiba station but when I used Google for the first time it took me to the back entrance and it was so much farther away so be aware of that. Everything else was great.

The bed. Just like any other Daiwa hotels the bed doesn't have enough foam for you to move without the person sleeping with you feeling every move you make. It's perfect if you're traveling alone or with someone who sleeps like a rock. 😅

Location is great - within a couple minutes walk from the Chiba Station, close to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The room is spacious for the Japanese standards. The bed was comfy. The room is equipped with a small fridge. Many amenities (razor, coffee, tea, face cleansing gel etc.) available for free from the front desk. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They let me store my bags for a few hours after check out. A few tips: if you request no cleaning of your room for a given day, it will be appreciated, and you will receive a complimentary eye mask as a thank-you gesture. One more thing: if breakfast is included in your reservation, you get breakfast vouchers for each individual day; the breakfast gets served in the restaurant on the first floor. If it happens that you didn't eat your breakfast, unused vouchers can be used in the same restaurant on the same day.

There is no safe locker in the room. Also no iron. The hotel has a few irons, which can be borrowed together with the ironing board from the front desk and returned shortly after use. Having my own iron in the room would have been great. The breakfast is okay if you have a short stay, but for longer periods it becomes boring, because the menu does not vary much from day to day.

Have stayed here a few times now & it's a great location. Firstly we had a car & you drive around the back & park in a stacker which is great good price 1500 yen I think. Only fits low roof cars. The staff at this hotel are always professional & super polite. The room was spotless as always. They have added all these extra shower doors which is a great idea keeps bathroom nicely enclosed. First rate amenities great space great colour tones & the room was very quiet making it easy to sleep. Plenty of space to store everything. The Hotel is very close to the train station & the front commercial/retail back of hotel has some naughty areas so you have both worlds at your feet so to speak.
