The breakfast was pretty basic but definitely enjoyed! Definitely loved the on site amenities including massage gaming rooms washer/dryer. I absolutely loved that I had the ability to try different hair care products as well as any other items you'd need during your stay. I loved the drunk bar and the wine as well as the skincare and bath soaps/salts definitely staying again next time I'm in the area. Also loved that there was a staff that spoke English to help us out with any questions.

I wish there was more variety to breakfast bar but that's about it. For what they had it was still alright.

Awesome wide range of free amenities included like freeflow bathsalts, alcohol, etc during stay. Room is spacious and comfortable with good soundproofing. Especially love the jacuzzi bathtub.

It should be noted somewhere that the hotel was awarded Couple Hotel of the Year, so solo travelers like myself might want to be prepared—or consider giving it a pass—since being surrounded by lovebirds can feel a bit awkward. Lack of English instructions for various things like spa bookings, amenities, etc. Luckily I know a bit of Japanese to navigate through.

Had to book here becuase the surrounding business hotel was full. Was happy with the hotel concept. Free food / snacks / dessert downstairs 24/7. Pickup-to-go amenties, including on-premise robes. The in-room channel allow you to order room service, food looks good but I didn't try. Full karoke facility, darts, air hockey, manga library, and a variety of games at the basement. Laundry included. Also has a simple dry-spa. All FREE. Although i'm not here for this, but it seems like a super fun place.

the check-in time was very odd.. at 7pm. They didn't want to budge even though the room was ready. But it's their rule so I fully understand it from the get-go.

The stay was exceptional good! It was really better than what I expected with all the free amenities. Technically, you don’t need to bring anything because it’s all provided. As its adult hotel only, it’s really peaceful and you’ll definitely have a good sleep. Free flow wine & snacks. Complimentary bath salts. Carpark is about 4mins walk away. Is really near. Do drop your luggage at the hotel & get the carpark map from the counter. It’ll be much easier. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Chiba.

When booking through Booking.com, check in time wasn't until 1900hrs, which, when checking out from previous property at 1000, then travelling by train, taxi etc it would be nice to able to get settled into new hotel sooner. I think 1500hrs is a bit more reasonable. Hotel staff say Booking.com reservations check in time is 1900 while others (Expedia) check in is 1500.

Very nice location

Staff can’t speak basic English very poor, i think they need to learn English because they have international guest I gave card for cleaning my room but they not cleaning it. Only view staff doing well like Shojima and Nakul and Kie

The Bali theme is stunning, the food was delicious, and the entertainment facility was highly appreciated. You have the option to play pool/ping pong/darts, take a "foot bath", sing karaoke, watch movies, and much more - while enjoying free beverages. The room was also very comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The check-in is not until 7 pm, but they have the option to keep your luggage there in the meantime. We also had some difficulties communicating with the staff since they didn't know much English. But they did their best! Thank you :)

Spacious. Has a wonderful Bali vibe. The bath salts were amazing. Breakfast and snacks were awesome. I really enjoyed my stay!

Some of the staff were a little rude, but others were lovely.

Very good location, close to walking distance restaurants, shops etc. Large rooms, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast is moderate but ok. Check in time was very late.

Comfortable large bed massage chair large jacuzzi tub free drinks nice selection of complimentary toiletries and other items in lobby.

The music played throughout the hotel was very representative.
