Check-in with the dinosaurs. Hotel was very clean and the room regularly cleaned or refreshed. Heated toilet seats were a treat. Breakfast, tea/coffee service included biscuits and free alcohol in the evening. Additional options could be collected from reception area; night shirt, toothbrush and toothpaste, brush, cotton buds, razor, small hand towel (described as body towel). These were useful when visiting places in Tokyo, as often public toilets don’t have hand drying facilities. At breakfast you could get mouthwash. Soft drinks, tea and coffee available all day. Laundry facilities and a microwave. Shuttle bus to Disney. Very close to metro station and shopping area. There was so much right to this hotel.

Breakfast - was really more like lunch - chicken or vegetable curry, noodles, rice, boiled eggs, potato salad, chicken dumplings, sausages, salad bar, soup. The alcohol in the evening was very limited, and the whiskey was the most popular so often ran out, but if staff were around they would refill it. Disney transport is limited with 2 trips out in a morning and 3 returning trips in the evening. Even though they have a dining room, if you purchase your own evening meal and warm it in the microwave, you have to take it to your room, which doesn’t have a table, so risk spilling on your bed.

Very convenient location, 5 mins walk to the station. Using the airport limousine bus service, it’s only 1 station ride away from the dropoff location at Kasai Station. The free shuttle to and from disneyland/disneysea (JR Maihama Station) was super convenient and ontime. Check in with the dinosaur robot was not only cute, but also quick and hassle free. No issues at all. Lots of option to eat nearby. Many convenience stores nearby as well (Lawson, 7-eleven, Familymart) and everything is within 3-5 minutes walking distance so it was fun to shop at different places every night for breakfast the next day.

nothing:) everything was just as I expected. Fuss free and convenient. If anything, maybe provide larger size of the pyjamas :)

The dinosaur gimmick at the front desk is cute, and the bill exchange machine is nice for when you need to do laundry or break large bills. Breakfast is solid and refreshments are provided throughout the day, and the location is close enough to other things that you don't feel isolated. The shuttle to Disneyland is a nice time save too! Rooms are pleasant, amenities are simple, and Wi-Fi works great!

The lack of human personnel at the desk does mean that certain tasks (like luggage forwarding) aren't as accessible (I had to do mine from a nearby 7-11). If you don't need much in terms of front desk support this probably isn't much of an issue, but if you need more than basic check in or out, you might encounter some inconvenience. Also don't bother with the coin dryer unless you're drying maybe five items - it just eats your money and makes the laundry feel humid.

Came here for dinosaurs like most people. Did not get dissappinted. The neighborhood honestly surprise us in a good way, there are free park, near many stores like don quijote, aeon, daiso, there's also mall and many restaurant that easily accessible. Very accessible from the train station, only 3 minutes, and of course the shuttle to disneySea! Help us save a bit on the travel there. Easy pre check in, check in and check out. And for our case we even have a special request on sending our luggage early and they have fast response and confirmation for us via the email channel. It help us using yamato to send it from osaka. Free cookies and alcohol at afternoon and night! Amazing value that helps satisfy our craving for sweets and a little fun at the hotel. Even though it looks like there are no staff, when we have problems, their staff response time is amazing and handle our problems quickly Overall a great experience and definitely will be back for more Henn Na Experience!

Breakfast get kinda boring after 2 - 3 days because it stays the same throughout our stay, I hope it can change a little bit on side dish in the future. But staffs are very kind and warm that make us eat there everyday. Thank you

Nishi-Kasai is an amazing location, the Tozai line can take you to pretty much any part of Tokyo with few transfers. If you plan to visit Disney there are also buses on the station and one provided by the Hotel which is quite useful. The breakfast menu seemed to always be the same, but it was good. Make sure to take advantage of it because most food places in Japan don't open until 10:30 at the earliest. The rooms are pretty quiet which is nice. The check-in and check-out process was really simple. The staff does not speak a lot of English but enough to accommodate and help you without issue, very friendly.

The room we got had three beds in the same room size as you'd normally fit two beds only, so it was pretty crowded. When I booked for three adults I expected a larger room to be honest. The breakfast is great but it does get repetitive.

Clean modern

The shuttle to Disney was booked out before the morning which meant we had to find our own way there one of the reasons we booked was for the shuttle so that was disappointing

The lounge was very convenient when open! It was great to have a place to get a snack and free drink. Also plenty of free amenitiesin the lobby! Easy to find from the station, w several convenience stores nearby. Restaurants next to the station and a few near the hotel.

The room was a tad smaller than expected. Booked a double; it had 2 twin beds pushed together. The staff told me it was the same classification of room and offered to separate the beds. For our trip and the price, I decided that would work out but more room would've been better.

This hotel is located within walking distance of Nishi-kasai Station. Cut through the streets after leaving from the North Exit. The breakfast consisted of the same thing every morning, salad, curry rice and other small dishes. Not the best variety but serviceable. The breakfast hall in the afternoon instead provides complimentary refreshments and cookies, and nighttime they break out the liquor bottles for you to freely mix. All self-service. If you grow tired of the breakfast, restaurants are also available nearby (McDonald's, Jonathans, Denny's, etc) Easy self-check-in terminal with Japanese, English, Mandarin and Korean language options. Funny voiced dinosaur animatronics guide the process. Room is clean and comfortable (at least for one person staying)

Room is small but expected for hotels in Tokyo. I had to open up my suitcase in front of the main door to not block my walking path. Due to the hotel being mostly unmanned except for breakfast and room service, some might find it lacks people interaction.

I liked the accommodations that came with the room: razors, toothbrush and toothpaste, soaps, etc. the breakfast was good, I am glad it was traditional Japanese food, including natto. It was my first time trying it and it was very interesting- very strong and complex. There are a variety of things to choose from so that you don’t get sick of curry. The complimentary tea time and cocktail time was nice, too. The rooms are small, so there are lockers for large suitcases. But we still put our big suitcases in our room anyway. The location is pretty good, it’s near a station. There is a coco curry spot, a Domino’s, and several convenient stores in walking distance. However, if you don’t know Japanese then you need to order Domino’s on uber eats. Our stay at the Henn na hotel was focused on exploring Tokyo, but we didn’t mind the commute and wish I got to explore Edogawa more. I didn’t have to interact with any human staff as the Dinosaur staff were friendly enough, and checking in and out was simple and smooth. The human staff are just as welcoming as the dinosaurs.

I didn’t like how you have to keep your room key in a slot to have power on in your room. But I suppose it’s to “conserve energy“ and be “eco friendly”. At least you can keep track of where you placed your key.

The room was bigger than we expected. The dinosaurs greeting us at reception was a highlight along with the savoury breakfast. Even though it is a little away from center Tokyo it was easy to travel to all the locations we wanted to see. Also we thought it was nice to get end our busy days in a more quiet area. It’s only a 5 min walk to the train station.

I would have liked to see a little more variety in the breakfast but we enjoyed it overall
