While an older dated hotel, the building and facilities were well maintained and clean. We had a double twin bed room which didn’t have closets but there was storage space under the bed for our luggage. Towels are refreshed each day with a room clean every four days which was great for us. Staff were excellent and provided basic assistance, always friendly and accommodating. Communication in person and via booking app for reserving the Disney shuttle was excellent. Outside the normal tourist areas in Little India we really liked the local vibe. A short five minute walk to the subway and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and convenience stores it was easy to access daily needs. It’s about an 30-60min ride to the main tourist areas but this being our third trip to Tokyo we were exploring the outer areas.

So happy we stayed here. Me and 7 family members were here for 10 nights in 4 rooms. The value was exceptional (1/2 the price of other hotels in the area) It’s an older hotel but it’s clean and 1/2 block to the nearest subway station so we were able to easily get around to all the different parts of Tokyo. Clean towels were placed outside our room every evening and our room was cleaned every 3 days. It came with free breakfast and free shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea so we saved a ton of money and time. Staff was super friendly and they had a translation app of their tablets so we were able to communicate effectively. I would definitely stay here again!

Location. Close to to train station . Free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. Very cheap for the size of the room. It is basic but very clean.

When I asked one of a staff to make a contact to Tokyo sky tree reception as I thought I was almost late for the admission. I just wanted to know whether I can still take train or I have to take a taxi if they are very strict with the time. My request was refused so I took a taxi. It turned out I didn’t have to take a taxi. However, it may be their rule that they were not allowed to make this sort of contact for the customer.

+ Super-helpful and friendly staff - especially Takatani-san, who helped me out greatly, when I realised that I had lost my passport at a local store (the shop cashier forgot to return my passport). It was after midnight when I found out and came to ask for help, but Takatani-san calmly assisted me contact that store (who could only speak in Japanese), and helped me facilitate for the passport to be secured for pick up by me the following day. She was also trilingual (japanese, english, chinese), which was very impressive and helpful with communications and the crisis! + Lovely daily breakfast with multiple of options, homely vibe + Fresh towels even on days without housekeeping + Great view of the Nishi-Kasai skyline on both of our stays there, love the window ledge

The place is clean.. I love that ther have free breakfast. The food was good and will fill you up..So many options like soup, rice, bread and variety of sausage,burgers,eggs and etc. I like it as well that they have a washing machine and dryer in the vicinity.. The best part is the free shuttle drop off and pick up.. Don’t need to worry on how to go to disneyland and disneysea.. Especially going back home, when you are tired..

Small and squeeze..

Breakfast was phenomenal, shuttle service to the disney parks was very helpful although I would recommend everyone to opt for the earliest available shuttle else anything after is too late to get into the park. Check in/out process is self serve and automated in English.

Bed was a bit hard, bathroom a little dated but had no effect on our stay.

The hotel is very well located, very near the station. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and well served. The staff was very friendly and kind. Although there was a train line near the hotel we couldn't hear the trains. There are interesting books available for reading in the room.

The bed could be a little softer. But it was OK to sleep on it. Also, it would be nice to have cotton pads as amenities.

None but I wish they will add more food choices most especially for their foreigner guest. Some may don’t like the side dishes or salad but still, I was very grateful for the free breakfast inclusion 🫶

We were told it was going to be a large double bed and it definitely was! Location was close the station with lots of restaurant options.

Please note that the breakfast is rather Japanese style. I was pleased but my husband not so much.

Free transportation to and from Disneyland however you must book as early as possible

The facilities are basic and old. However it’s good money value. The breakfast is not tasty.
