Breakfast it was miserable really when the lady told me That we could have only 2 toasts per person this is so so so poor !!! the breakfast you should not pay for it really !!!!! Disrespectful really unacceptable

The beds were clean, they regularly changed sheets, and they were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean had every necessary amenity, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The check in / out process was very smooth. The room was big, especially for Tokyo. The Tozai subway line was within a 5 minute walk, plenty of convenience stores and even a 24/7 supermarket, plenty of eateries near the station.

The equipment in the rooms is fairly old, the bathroom could do with some renovations. This is true for the entire hotel, it is a bit retro, but it does have its charm. Our room had a few, what I assume, coffee stains on the walls, so the wallpaper could be changed. But to be fair, the beds, furniture, bathroom were all spotless.

Big room at a great price in a bustling neighborhood. For the people who think the hotel is too old or the rooms are too small: pay more money and stay in another hotel. Don’t be misers and cheapskates. I find it funny that S-E Asians complain the most while AT THE SAME TIME always looking to pay the least.

The location itself was family friendly. There were parks, playgrounds, lots of shops and most importantly grocery stores available all around. We stayed on the 2nd floor, probably one of the biggest rooms in Tokyo, which also had a massage chair which was old but worked pretty fine! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location to the train station was great. Tons of food options within walking distance. Room was great, especially if you’re a solo traveler. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wish there was more than 3 outlets in the room. Maybe next time I’ll bring a power strip. The toilet was a little close to the wall so if you are on the bigger size it’s awkward to sit on.

Excellent location close to Nishikasai - Tozai line. Surrounded by Japanese cuisine, meguro restaurant (Metro Mall), Indian restaurants around, little mermaid inside Nishikasai for breakfast. They provided umbrella for 4 of us.

The electric plugs are close to each other and we can’t charge more than one device one Time. Also smoking rooms at 9th floor - internet is not working. Either they provide water bottles or towel or cleaning - one service but over all very humble staff with smile always and ready to help.

The position is good, very close to the subway station, while it's a little hard to find. It's really convenient to get to any floor by elavator, without worry about large laggages.

There's a little smoke smell left in the room, although I know I booked a smoking room. So I need to keep the air cleaner on all the time.

Best location to go to Tokyo or Chiba. Narita or Hanaeda. Dining and entertainment options were plenty. They did supply Japanese tea and it tastes good

Nearly everything was great! The staff was kind, the room was clean, and we were provided ample towels and water!

The room (616) was freezing and had a leaky window that let in the winter air, but that wasn’t explained. Only a dehumidifier and a tape-job seemed to be their fix. I think the window/frame actually needs replaced for future travelers though.
