The breakfast was simply amazing and I actually told them to keep it up. Because it is one of the best breakfasts I had in the numerous hotels I have lodged.

The time for serving breakfast is just not too convinient. It starts at 7am and closes by 9pm. They should consider the fact that some people may want to check out early to head to the airport hence starting at 6.30am would be much better and also some individuals may want to have a bit more sleep so closing at 9am is not ideal. Most international hotels start at 6.30am and close by 10am and hence they should look into this.

1. Lobby spacious, hotel new and clean, good quality room supplies such as cleansers and bath soaps 2. Located in residential area, bringing in slower pace and relaxed atmosphere 3. There is welcome drink and snack upon check in and free coffee in the lobby 4. Price is of good value compared to the hotels in commercial areas or popular tourist areas. 5. Breakfast is overall OK in quality but they don’t supplement more food in the last 0.5 hours and fortunately I could only have the less fresh food while some food was just not available. 6. Single room is also spacious with suitcase being able to be opened widely. No view in my room as what you’ll see is the building next to it and a big parking lot outside the window

1. Need to walk ~10 minutes from the metro and down and up the hill along the way, a bit hard for visitors with large suitcase.

I loved the location! I chose it specifically because it was in a quiet residential area so I knew there would be no noise! Mostly locals which was what I was looking for and quite amazing! I have rarely seen any tourists which was perfect! Staff was extremely helpful even if for some there was a language barrier but that’s mainly my fault for not learning Japanese! Sunamo Mall is close by and even though it looks small, it has everything you need! Metro station is 10 minutes from the hotel! The room was very clean and spacious enough for one person as I was travelling alone! I stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned each morning! Took the garbage, changed the sheets and the towels! All the staff would greet you when they saw you! If you’re looking for a quiet escape, this is definitely the place! But please keep it as it is and follow the local customs! There are signs everywhere with not to do! People just have to read! I would definitely recommend this and when I come back to Japan, it will definitely be at the top of my list!

I liked the lobby and the wide entrance hallway of the room. I liked that they had a kiosk that had an English option for checking in, and I liked that the hotel was in a residential district.

The water would sometimes momentarily shift between cold water and your desired temperature. The hotel is located in an interesting area where, sometimes, we had to take a bus to get to the correct station to take the right train to get back to the hotel. The hotel is out of the way from the main areas tourists usually go to (Shibuya, Akihabara, etc), so be aware of that before booking. It takes around 40 minutes to get to the main areas.

Everything was thought of. I loved that there was a bath tub and shower. There were free toiletries. There was free 24 hr coffee. There was a laundry. In the afternoon there was free orange and apple juice. Even the sign for do not disturb was practical being a magnet. Would absolutely stay again. Very convenient for public transport. Quiet. Good breakfast good value for money. Everything was super efficient and the staff were really helpful

I would have liked a 2nd pillow. Otherwise very difficult to find anything I didn’t like.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It’s spacious enough for a single traveler, with just the right balance of comfort and practicality. The staff was helpful with the check-in procedure and I love the quiet neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a neat, comfortable, and cozy stay in Japan. I’d happily return for another visit.

The only downside is the distance to the station, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

If you don't have luxury requirements, all your needs will be met. It offers all the basic amenities, from creams, toothbrush, to slippers, to shower amenities. It is super clean, staff is very polite and nice. They can keep your bags before your check in time so that you can enjoy Tokyo with the luggage. It is not close to all the happenings in Tokyo, but what is in a monster city, but the gift of going to sleep in a quiet neighbourhood it is a blessing after the hectic day spend in Tokyo. It is well connected with metro, 3min to the metro station, and close to the center of the happenings in Tokyo. Grateful to experience a first class service for a decent price and not paying thousands pf euros.

I wish I could find something so that they can improve, but I can add that they will even keep your luggage for 2-3 hours after checkout.

I had a pleasant experience overall. The service was consistently good: staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was also clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. Everything was tidy, from the bedding to the bathroom, showing attention to detail in housekeeping. I appreciated the effort put into ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The room could have been cooler, that said, I couldn't control the temperature of my room.

Located in a quiet living area, the hotel is new & clean,, and quite closed to restaurants, convenience store, and a mall with supermarket until 23:00. Amd we love that there's a tub in the shower room!! It's relaxing to take a bath after a long-walking day in Tokyo.

Receptionist's English is limited, we took some time to check in, but otherwise everything is good. Another small thing is that the instructions to the hotel is a little bit confusing, it would be better if can improve it.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by an amazing staff member. She helped us check in on the check in machine and got us assorted. Everything was good, mini fridge included, as well as toiletries. Check out was super simple.

The only downside about my stay was the heat in the room, which was understandable as they prefer to keep the temperature higher due to the cold weather. The sizing of the room is a bit small even for two people which made it a bit worse when the heat was affecting us.
