The location was great it was so easy to get to shops and transport. With trains, buses and the monorail I was spoilt for choice. Easy walking distance to some historic Japanese sights. The Hotel was quiet and clean. My room was kept so beautifully tidy and clean by the cleaner. The receptionists were very helpful and lovely.

The bed was a bit hard for me but I realise it's hard to cater for everyone and it was a small complaint when everything else was so perfect.

The hotel facilities and staff were great. More spacious than our previous rooms in Japan. Tip: We booked a double twin room. There’s a station, 7-11, Lawson, pharmacies and restaurants all within a minute walk. However this is not a tourist area. This hotel is in Chiba so you will spend alot of time in transit if most of your trip is planned for the Tokyo area. It’s about an hour via train to Disney and an hour and half or more to the main cities in Tokyo.

Excellent location, airport bus stops 2mins walk from hotel. Convenient store is right across the street. Hotel room is spacious enough with proper bathroom.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Chiba-chuo offers a solid stay if you're planning to explore the heart of Chiba. The location is walkable to the city center and all the main attractions, making it super convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall, everything went smoothly during the stay. Also a small shoutout to the staff for handling with a tricky situation we had. It was very well handled.

While the location is central, it's also right next to a busy nightlife district. This might not be ideal for families or those looking for a quieter environment.

This is my third time staying here, it’s my favourite hotel in Japan. Super comfortable in every way. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the amenities bar has lots of nice things including bath salts and good coffee. The bed is comfortable, the bath is AMAZING! The best in Japan! Excellent location for restaurants and transport, just a short walk to the bustle of Chiba Station area.

The wifi was patchy, which it hasn’t been in the past. It frequently wasn’t working in the morning and at night. The pillows could be better, more firm. I left with a sore neck.

Because this was my very first-time visiting Japan, everything seemed pretty overwhelming at first. However, as each day passed, the easier it became for me to get more accustomed to the Japanese way of life. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke excellent English. The food was also delicious, and I had a great time seeing everything that surrounds the hotel.

I really don't have any complaints or criticisms to offer.

The location is convenient to find good food, not too crowd but not too remote. Convenient store is just across the street. There's also supermarket and inside the building walking street with food. We can walk around with minimum wet from the rain. The room is also huge with proper bathroom that have separate wet and dry area, literally, with the sealed door. Also, the bathtub with the free bathbomb is just great. The natural light in the room during the day also great.

We got the corning room with minor noticeable voice from the crossing.. We only hear it at late night while sleeping though.

The breakfast buffet had a good assessment of food and beverages. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. It was a plus having a couple of laundry rooms for guests to use. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommended this hotel.

It would have been nice to have 2 end tables by the bed as my husband and I both use CPAP machines but we made it work. The only other thing was the bed was a little too firm for me.

- The room is so large, clean and comfortable. Bathtub is also clean and large enough. Love the socket on the headboard. It makes me feel like at home. - Just in front of the train station, excellent spot! - The lobby is on 2nd floor, easy to find., and provide various free items." - The free coffee is really tasty!

- The only complaint I have is that I booked another room for my friend, and she can only stay in a smoking room because that’s the only room left.

Very modern and clean, friendly staff. Good location. I made a mistake in the booking and forgot to add my wife, but this was resolved with cash payment at check-in. Also, they let us check-in 45 minutes early which was unexpected (all our other hotels were very strict).

Didn't get to enjoy breakfast as our departing flight was too early. Room was quite small, barely had space for two suitcases, but to be fair we had a crib for our baby taking up a bit of valuable room.
