I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Makuhari Messe, since I was on this trip to attend Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025. It was a quick 30-40min trip by train and monorail to Makuhari Messe. The room was smaller than expected but just enough for a solo traveler. I liked the amneties that came with the room -- personal grooming kit, tea, coffee, disposable cups, and drinkable tap water. I liked that there was a window so I could have natural sunlight in the room.

The room was not spacious and there wasn't a lot of floor space, but it was just enough for one person traveling solo.

Very close to Chiba station but still quiet. English speaking staff. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Large storage space under the bed for multiple suitcases. Good large TV to watch from bed with free movies to watch. Very nice view of the city from my room. This was my first time staying in an APA hotel, but would stay in an APA again.

The clothes dryer in the laundry area was very weak. I was drying my clothes for over and hour and a half but they were still damp.The mini fridge in my room was a bit noisy when switched on.

Hotel is located near Chiba terminal station (Chiba Park exit) just only 3-5 minutes walking. Staffs are friendly and quick response in regarding to my suitcase early drop off 1 week in advance before checking in date for free of charge, thank you very much. They used digital QR code scan for luggage storage registration that it's convenient and secured. They provided welcome drinking water in the room for first day and hang a new set of towels in front of the door for another day of stay.

We stayed on the 6th floor that air conditioning in our room was dirty (a lot of dust and black mold) in particularly at the wallpaper near the dust bin have a black mold that may be allergy in breathing.

Breakfast options were great, although we were on the 13th Flr we never waited too long for the elevator. Location was great, close by the train station, but not too close you can feel/hear the train arriviing/departing. Very quiet area.

Parking was not free which was a bit of an inconvenience because we had planned to leave our car there all day. Their parking is very limited I believe they had less than 15 spots. Which I understand most people use the train.

Location was great and close enough to a busy shopping area. Close to the Chiba station as well so this hotel can act as a great stay in the Chiba area. Staff was kind and accommodating to English speaking foreigners and I was able to store my luggage before check in time.

My room was a bit small so if you're traveling with a lot of stuff be wary of storage. It takes a bit of walking to get to the food and shopping areas of Chiba but not too bad. There isn't much to do directly around the hotel but that's okay since it's so close to Chiba Station.

Very nice hotel near JR Chiba Station. The room is clean and a lot of amenities are already in the room and will be refilled every day. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check-in was very easy ans express Check-out is really a blessing.

The room is small (but thats normal für business hotels). There is no space to open your suitcase fully, except on the bed. To make some space it is recommended to put the luggage under the bed, but the space is not very high, so large suitcases might become a problem.

Location is really good

Check in was very slow three persons handled me. My passport was not getting scanned in their auto machine but ms Miyazaki insisted to scan and then asked me to fill up all the forms on machine even knowing my passport was not scanning after several attempts. Then after I filled up again a person came and said since your passport is not scanning please fill up form manually, just wastage of time.

It's really high tech, and clean. We had a well working fridge in the room. Some staff know English, most don't but it's fine. We also had hangers to hang out clothes. The bathroom was beautifully perfect. We had shampoo conditioners and body. Last the room is small and it is eco friendly. The small empact of the room makes it air-conditioning go around the room making us use less conditioner, so it is less pollution then other hotel and et cetera.

Their weren't many English staff around, making us not able to communicate that much. The door to get in the hotel is auto and sometimes it doesn't notice us sometime.

Hotel was close to a mall and train station. The hotel is best situated around a lot of restaurants for eating, shops for shopping. The best part was being walking distance to the train station. Easy to take the train to Tokyo area. They were very accomodating in early check-in or late check-out.

Hotel is a not far from the Chiba JR station by not easy to find it as the exit for JR Chiba station is a little confusing. No restaurants nearby no convince store.

Rooms are small but well equipped and have everything you can find in a 5 star hotel. I will recommend for a short term stay. The staff were very cooperative.
