I good gem nice location close to station and convenient stores and quiet clean and no noise at all and the stuff friendly and they speak English so thats a plus

nothing really my only complain is my room didn't have any view i don't know if other rooms has but anyway its not a big deal

We loved our room which was clean, 2 good size single beds. Especially a separate bath and toilet, also the basin was an excellent large size with a big mirror too. A microwave in own room is the fantastic. We’ll come back in future.

Location was perfect for a first time visitor to Japan. I knew if I head to the Chiba Station, I was "home". There were convenience stores right outside which was great. The staff held my luggage on my checkout day as I visited more of Chiba.

Very close to the train station. A comfortable stay convenient and good value . The room was a little restricted but had all the required facilities.

A lack of glasses which would have been nice and teaspoons otherwise everything was provided.

Staff lovely, hotel clean & tidy next to Chiba Station brilliant connections. Loads places to eat and survive.

Lovely location, with a view to see the Skytree from both the Room and the bathroom, prefect for a short stay for anyone from around the world, especially Otaku culture lovely due to it location, off load the goodie bought nearby and just keep Shopping!

Very comfy beds. Nice sized bath and shower. It was very clean. We had a late check-in, but the staff were very helpful.

Very good location near Chiba Station, just walk about less than 3 minutes from station.
