It’s really really close to the Chibaminato train station so that’s a huge plus. There’s a Family Mart right next to the hotel, another plus in my book. My room is clean and comfortable. Having a microwave and a fridge in the room is very convenient. No iron tho, but I didn’t need it. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone traveling solo.

I stayed right near the station Chibaminato. When you are traveling with youn children I found it best for my situation. I liked the local vibe.

The rooms are a bit small but I guess that can’t be helped!

The staffs here are very friendly and kind. The location is super convenient since it’s just about 30seconds walk from the chiba minato station.

The air conditioner seemed to be super old and need some cleaning. The laundry room hasn’t got an exchange machine, even though the staff was very supportive to help me with the exchange which provide me quite a pleasant experience, it would still be better with one exchange machine, right?

I liked the close proximity to the train station as well as the family mart. The room was comfortable.

There wasn't much room to put luggage, but everything else was great.

Very large rooms, very comfortable beds, VOD TV on demand with some most recent movies, great location right outside the train station, about 15 minutes walk to Chiba tower

The rooms themselves aren't very clean, the windows in our room were very dirty and there was visible water damage on the walls and around the Aircon
