We really liked the good location of the hotel, because you can visit Disney and also Tokyo is not far away. After the first three nights we’ve got an upgrade to a bigger double room. The room was exceptional clean, very comfortable and so beautiful. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Lot of choices, also for vegetarians like us. But the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff. They were all very professional, polite, friendly and so kind and they all made our stay unforgettable and very special. Thank you again for everything. We loved every minute in your hotel.

Overall, staying at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room is typically Japanese – rather small, but absolutely sufficient for two people. The furnishings are modern and well-maintained, and the air conditioning runs pleasantly quiet. The bathroom also offers enough space to comfortably take care of your needs. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, which is not always the case in many hotels. With a bit of luck, you might even get a covered parking space for your car. This hotel is especially convenient for tourists planning to visit Disneyland, as it offers a shuttle service running between the hotel and the train station. The transfer takes about 18 minutes.

We stayed here a few nights at the beginning of our 6 weeks trip trough Japan and we liked this hotel so much that we changed our plans for the last 8 nights. Instead of staying in Tokyo city centre we booked this hotel again. Unfortunately there was only a small double room available, but it was very clean and cozy. The location is very good for Disney and also for Tokyo (from Maihama Station to Tokyo Station only around 15 min). Staff is exceptional friendly and professional and breakfast was very good. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Used the shuttle for visits to both Disneyland and Disney Sea. We weren't early enough in the queue to get back one night but they gave us priority pass to be on the next bus which was handy as it meant we could go and grab a coffee. Bed was comfortable but there was no choices on pillows as advertised, but was happy with mine so not an issue. Lovely picking out a couple of little gifts each night. Bonus having the bowl of rice each evening, didn't use all the time but great to be there

Rooms are very compact, one suitcase did fit under the bed but the other one didn't so meant it felt like we were tripping over this for the week we were there.

In my opinion, the location is out of nowhere. But if you rent a car then it would be easy for you to find nearby konbini store. We are family with 2 children. The room is clean but a little bit too small moreover if you bring alot of luggages or big luggages. The best thing about this hotel is that they provide shuttle bus to drop/pick-up you from Maihama Station for you who want to go to Disney Resort. The reason we stay here is because we were going to Disneysea. We were moving to another hotel in city area afterwards. The room at Hiyori Hotel Maihama has foot massager and hair curler :). The staffs are very good. Every night they give free delicious ochazuke.

The location of the hotel was very good. A FamilyMart, 7eleven and a big Yaoko within a few minutes walking distance. We got a really beautiful and big room, which was absolutely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, many choices and everything was totally fresh. Loved the Matcha Latte. The staff was exceptional friendly, helpful and courteous. We felt so comfortable that we booked another night when we are back in Tokyo at the end of our tour. Highly recommended.

Hiyori Hotel Maihama is was an accommodation that exceeded expectations. My family arrived at Narita Airport in the evening with no luggage due to an airline mistake, so I had to check in with just ourselves, feeling concerned. However, the room was thoughtfully equipped with such detailed amenities that I didn't feel any inconvenience even without my belongings. The shuttle bus was helpful and the food they provided was so good. We could walk to a local supermarket in a short distance.

The shuttle bus to Disneyland was highly competitive in the morning and despite waiting, there was an instance where we couldn’t get on. However, I appreciate the shuttle bus driver for his professional manner and gentleness.

They provide shuttle bus and also a lot of free services, such as free supper (boiled rice in soup) at 9.30pm, 2 x free gifts every day for each guests, foot massager and shoes dryer in room, free drinks from 3pm-12am. The staff members also went the extra miles by bringing our luggage back to our room. They have free shuttle bus to Disneyland as well!

We enjoyed the Japanese style bath, where you are able to shower outside of the tub. Large bath area; however, the toilet was outside of the bathroom. Just took getting used to. There were three of us; two adults and one child, so it was nice to be able to adjust the sleeping areas as we needed to make it comfortable for us. The hotel is cute and the vibe was friendly. There is a Family Mart and a supermarket about five minutes by foot from the hotel...restaurants nearby are limited, but accessible by a short taxi ride.

The room was tiny but functional. The hotel is not next to the Disney attractions, but requires a five to ten minute shuttle ride and then a monorail ride at the Resort Gateway Building. When we visited, the shuttle ran only in the morning and then later in the evening. There were no signs with the hotel's shuttle hours at the bus stop. Not sure how people arriving to Maihama would get to the hotel as it did not seem like the shuttle had regular hours during the majority of the day hours; but, it may be that we visited during the off season. Please note that we do not speak Japanese, so were not able to easily ask questions.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is not too small for a family of four, and its very compact and full with amenities. There is even a foot massager in the room. The best thing is supper is provided after 930 pm.

Its location is abit outskirt, but may travelers stay here to visit both Disney parks, so it makes sense. Nonetheless the hotel provides shuttle bus to Maihama station, which is walkable to Disneyland from there. The shuttle bus makes it convenient for guests.
