Room was nice and comfortable. Spotless room and bathroom. The room was a little too tight but comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with both sweet and salt offerings. The staff was for the most part very welcoming and friendly except an older gentleman with white hair wearing glasses on Sunday evening...He didn't even look at us when we said good evening...and he answered good evening without even acknowledging we were there.....But for the most it was a nice place for a couple of nights.

The city of Catanzaro Lido has a pretty seawall but the town itself would benefit from a better cleaning....It is sad to see such a lovely place so unkempt. Cars will not stop for you on pedestrian crossing...so be careful when crossing streets. The locals are pretty friendly with a touch of human warmth.

The hotel is well located on the sea front and is richly decorated and modern. Unfortunately, 1 lift of 2 was not operating, and it took some time for all tenants to manage their floor, especially breakfast time. I was in room 509, and it really suffers from lack of air-conditioning, and it was really hot. To be fair, I was offered another room in the non upgraded area, but I was too tired to pack up and move. The breakfast was to die for. The selection of Regio Calbria salami and meats and cheese, cakes, and Nutella, fresh fruit presentation was really 10 on 10. Guys, keep it up.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and we were given a room with a wonderful view over the sea. The room was really special, better than I was expecting. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was the best value I have ever had. €5 for all you can eat fantastic buffet.

We weren't expecting much from the town and we were right. The hotel is quite a long walk from the station but it is flat along a lovely promenade, if the weather is good.

The location was perfect! Parking was easy. Food and drinks were great. Very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Beach towels would have been nice to have. Outside patio serving food and drinks would have been nice.

Great location right across from the beach. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Our junior suite was wonderful and had a magnificent view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with every request

This place is a classic (but modern) seaside hotel, fully staffed, with a great restaurant and superb breakfast. And it has its own (free, it seems) parking lot. And many thanks to Marika for helping us deal with some critical transportation (flying) issues. (I wonder: How long can such a great place survive? Try it!)

Although it looks a bit worn out from the outside, inside the hotel is very nice and modern. It is worth it's four stars. Staff is very friendly and location is perfect, right next to the beach.

We love this hotel. Rooms have been refurbished. Though we had a suite we will get a bigger one next time. Good position, beach across the road. Great meals, wonderful staff ready to do anything to help make your stay comfortable.

There was nothing we didn't like. We were very pleased we chose to return here.

The location is perfect. It's on the lungomare of Catanzaro. You can enjoy the beautiful long coast in one minute. The room is small but cozy and clean. Everything is good.

The staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious. It's very close to beaches and dining spots.
