We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place near the trail - this property fit the bill. Although, if you are hiking the Via, I recommend staying further south, as the hike through La Storta and Giustiniana is just a long slog along a busy highway. Seven years ago, we stayed at Resort La Rocchetta which required going along that same highway, but at least made the next day into Rome more enjoyable. Anyway, our room was adequately sized and we had a large terrace to enjoy the sun on. It was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very nice. A nice restaurant, Ciao Amiche, is within easy walking distance. The hotel offered some sort of off-site meal that we didn't quite understand, but you may be interested. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional, with many pastries, fruits, cheeses, meat, etc.

The shower doors were off the rails at the bottom which allowed water to run out.

It's a very basic hotel, and it serves that purpose well. The room was clean and functional, the staff was helpful and check-in/out was easy. The bed was comfortable. The location is ok for the Via Francigena.

The facilities are older and stuff could definitely use some refurbishment. There was a lot of noise that we heard from the hallway and nearby rooms. There were also very few power outlets to use.

They let me chek in early. One of the best hotel I visited on the Via Francigena. very good brekfast (boild eggs, diffrent sorts of bread, juice ++++ - not only ‘cakes’). The bathroom was not large (mentioned by others - but I had no problem with it. it was clean, it included what I needed. Air conditioned worked, the room was cold and fresh, and the bed included what I needed to be warm.

Delicious service and normal breakfast, all day reception, very supportive! Really pleasant and full of smile on of the reception girls!!! Near hotel bus to train station. Large bathroom, pleasant quiet room. The room was cleaned every day!! There is a large supermarket on foot near hotel.

The hotel is far from city center so we were going in the morning to city center and we returned in the evening. The distance was 80-90 minutes so we could not go for a drink again in the night in city center....it was tiring....The area near hotel was quiet and green but with no bars and restaurants...!!!! This was inconvinient for night...Only the cafe ''CIAO AMICI'' was good near hotel for a cafe or a snack.

Good room and bathroom was very nice. Generally nice and clean. Location is close to bus stops and train station. A few good restaurants nearby.

three floor walk up, which, after a day of walking on the Francigena, was not fun. The place could use a bit of a facelift, as it looks a little run down.

The hotel is right on the via Francigena. The staff were great. Nice breakfast in the morning, the host was pleasant.

The room was quite tight, the pillows were very flat. It was very noisy for around mid night but settled down. High price point for what you got.

We received a friendly welcome & were able to check in early. Tiziana was especially helpful & offered local advice. Room was spacious & very clean

Staff used translation apps to communicate if language difficulties occured. Not often. Breakfast had lots of choices and at street level.
