The location near family and shopping.

First the parking fees, secondly, the room wasn’t well maintained. The bath tub wasn’t clean well, there was clump of hair in the corner and tub needs resurfaced. Dust on surface of furnitures, stained on carpet and toilet tank made loud flowing water noise which fortunately, with the door closed it’s muted.

Easy to access from Highway; Great parking. Room is quite large. A choice of food at breakfast; coffee is great! Allowed pets :) Clean, tidy

We hand an accessible room - the bed was very soft and uncomfortable- we both had a terrible nights sleep. The light switch to the room (upon opening it from the hall) did not work. Neither phone in the room functioned - the front desk called us but we could not hear anything. Washcloths were missing from the room. There is no where to hang bath towels in the bathroom, nor a place to hang a washcloth nor a hand towel at the sink. Nearby rooms had people vaping or smoking - the smell was awful. Poorly designed for a disabled individual.

Very clean, spacious, and perfect for families! The stay was very calm and quiet, restful. They offer a great variety of options for breakfast including on the spot fresh cooked options. We tried the Egg & Cheese and Bacon and egg omelettes, had sunny side eggs and bacon freshly made! Their cooks are friendly and quick! The location is perfect, right across Target and there are quite a variety of food options near by. I’m definitely going back! We traveled between Pasadena, Anaheim and LA. So worth the commutes, which aren’t far either.

I got a free upgrade with my room reservation as I just got married and was upgraded to penthouse. Room was spacious and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and we had an incredible view.

It would’ve been nice to have some bottled water and bath soap with the bathtub. There was no soap at all near the bathtub. The only soap I saw was hand soap at the sink and shower gel in the shower attached to the wall in the shower, which wasn’t accessible to the bathtub.

Patricia from the desk was AMAZING!!! I needed a place asap since my air bnb was cancelled literally as I was checking in. We found this spot and she made our day. We struggled finding somewhere to stay as we were down here to help my son move onto his dorm… She was fast, efficient and even helped us out with letting my son park there too… Thank you embassy hotels for hiring great employees!!

Omelet Bar

Line for Omelet Bar was always long. It wouldn't be an issue if the breakfast hours were longer. Additional staff could help to speed up the line. Seemed like we were rushed to eat once we finally got to the front of the line. The towels in the restroom had to be requested each day. The sink and the tub drain were slow to go down. Talked the the front desk about it. Someone tried to fix it but we not really resolved.

Not eat breakfast. Hotel was nice, but I do not like scan a QR code to pay for parking, I am 82 years old and I am not comfortable scanning a QR code, I lodged a complaint with the front desk and they took care of it for me. I think that hotels need to be aware of limits by senior travelers. I dislike having to use my credit card to buy a $1.50 bag of peanuts the Orange County Musical Performamce Center.

We read the negative reviews just before leaving the house (we usually check before booking but trusted the brand) and were scared of what we were going to encounter upon arrival, but the room was clean and stocked with snacks. Breakfast in the am was great and reception in the evening was good as well. Our shampoo was out, and after reporting to the front desk it was restocked. Not a big deal. The bed was comfy and fluffy. My son was not comfortable in the sofa bed, but preferred it to sleeping in a bed with his brother and liked that there was a TV all to himself. We had a premium queen suite. Also, the queen beds looked more like full beds to me, but we fit and maybe my perception is off because at home I sleep on a Cal King. All staff was very kind and the omelet bar was great. Checking out and checking in was easy. Would stay there again. The (-) would have to be driving to Disney and having to pay $35 for parking but this is offset by the free full breakfast bar. We have stayed closer to Disney and walked over and will probably choose to lose some of the great commodities that ES offers to be within walking distance of the park, but overall our stay was great and that is not the fault of ES. I would recommend it to friends and family.

No complaints, I was weary as there were a lot of bad reviews, especially lately. We had a great stay. We never visited the pool area so I don't know if there was one. I don't recall seeing that there would be an additional parking charge, but being familiar with Embassy Suites I was expecting one. We paid an additional $10/night. Our view from the hotel was the JCPenney parking lot, but it was nice to have a mall within walking distance.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets. The room was clean, but we had trouble with the temperature controls--all we could get was cold air blowing, so we just turned it off, and that made the room more comfortable.

We would have liked having all the info about the hotel in a printed form, rather than just having a code to click on. My phone didn't have that ability to do so.

fresh breakfast was wonderful and different options for all family members. Everyone is very kind and attentive. My kids mostly enjoyed the pancakes and bancon. I enjoyed the variation of beverages.

My bathtub seemed a bit run down and seemed stained, I am guessing its due to the age of the tub, or so I hope. The hand soap always leaves my hands feeling a bit too dry and so I tend to bring my own. Other than that staff is great.
