Friendly service, great location. Our room was big for the price. Decor was fine. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Shower was fine. Strong air conditioning. Loved the cafe on the second floor! Korean and Western food options with an extensive menu and very friendly service. Great new Korean supermarket just across the street, with a coffee/bakery place as well. We were glad the room had a refrigerator. Free guest parking!!!

Our internet went out halfway through our stay and never came back up. That might have been a citywide thing, I don't know. There weren't a lot of cups for coffee and drinking water, and not enough coffee creamer for the 2 people in our room.

I enjoyed my stay here and will stay here whenever I'm LA. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy, and the shower had a lot of pressure. You get a free self parking spot with your room and the hotel is very centrally located. With the AC on in the room, I could not hear other guests or traffic on 8th.

The desk light in my room didn't work, but there was plenty of other lighting available, so no problem. There was a stain on the carpet but frankly, I neither sit not sleep on the carpet and therefore didn't mind. The hotel is a bit dated but fantastic bang for your buck. Highly recommended.

The inside of the hotel is like a mall. So many stores and at least 2 restaurants. Parking was decent, not a lot of it, but wasn't too busy to be a problem. Check in was fast and quick no problems there. They did have weird elevator rules but it's fine some hotels are still in their older era. Interesting that the doors opened outward and not inward new to me but not a deal breaker. Ohh the room came with a safe didn't need it but it had one so that was cool. Didn't partake in the breakfast but did peruse the menu and it looked so delicious.

Street parking for check in. They do have valet and a small area out front to check in but people don't know how to drive and pull forward so stress.

We were going to drive up from San Diego to attend a concert at The Wiltern theater mid-week and decided we'd stay nearby rather than drive home the same late-evening. The Oxford Palace Hotel was a perfect choice. It's easily walking distance to the theater. The hotel provided free, secure parking and the staff at the reception desk checked us in right away. We walked up Oxford Ave to Wilshire Blvd....a quieter, pleasant stroll. We enjoyed a large quiet room with a small refrigerator to keep our pre and post- concert refreshments. The King bed was very comfortable. There are two Starbucks nearby for morning coffee. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much.

It is in a good location!.The hotel is well maintained. There is a really cleaning service, they also have hangers on the doors to indicate on one side - it needs cleaning - and on the other - do not disturb - it is very practical and useful, you do not need to worry about cleanliness of the room. Every day after they clean they leave you more bottles of water and coffee, it's really welcoming.The room and bed are really comfortable. I love that I had several places to charge my phone and they all worked.All members of the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and respectful( I saw about ten different staff members and they were all well-mannered and very helpful). P.S. I forgot to take a photo of when I arrived, but I left you one of when I was leaving.

Great location if you came to see Koreatown. The price is right. The staff is friendly. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves food all day. It was very clean and quite comfortable

I feel like it could use a modern renovation. I’m not one to complain about decor, but this place looks like a hotel from old-town Las Vegas. It looks very old. There is nothing wrong with old if the location has a certain charm, but this place doesn’t. There is nobody at the front counter at night, so checking in late or out early is a major problem. Other than that, it was good.

Easy check in, courteous staff, hotel is beautiful, nice decorative lobby, there is a restaurant downstairs that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is convenient. There is a grocery store a block away, as well as fast food restaurants and other restaurants nearby. Our room was cleaned each day and they offered free bottled water each day, and fresh towels, and cleaned room nicely. We called the front desk for a iron and ironing board and they quickly delivered. The room comes with a coffee pot and mini fridge which was a plus for us. Bed was comfortable and was located in the end where it was nice and quiet. We would definitely stY again, price was very good for the 3 days we stayed.

Wish hotel offered a pool, and would be nice if they had a microwave in room also. Wish they offered complimentary lotion and showercaps as most hotels do. Our room window overlooked homeless and garbage and graffiti down below. Neighborhood a bit rough but appeared safe.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel and I pick here whenever I come to LA. They are great about early checkin and the place is quiet and clean. Plus it's within walking distance to the venues I travel to, plenty of great food and the public transit is right down the street. Staff is helpful but never overbearing and I really enjoy just being able to stay in a convenient location and doing my own thing- this hotel is perfect for that.

The best thing about the Oxford Palace is the location. It's right in Ktown. We walked to our kbbq dinners—so convenient! The room was clean (we got a top floor corner King room). The staff was very polite. Free Wi-Fi was fast during our two nights. Free self-parking in the underground garage (maybe because the hotel wasn't busy?) Amenities were basic but complete. Nothing broken. Good value for the money!

The AC system is loud and there's only one fan speed. It cooled the room quickly though. The hotel is a bit old—all the furniture's worn around the edges.

I think, this hotel is one of the best budget hotels I have stayed. It is a definitely value for money. Very simple, neat and clean. beds are comfy. Didn't eat in the hotel but there are amazingly tasty Asian food close by. There is coffee in the room, the bathroom essentials are worthy.

The AC sound and the fact that it doesn't heat the bathroom area.
