Very friendly staff. It is a no-frills hotel/motel. The room we had was rather bare but clean, and it was large enough. The air-conditioning was old and at an awkward position in the room, but it worked just fine, as did the refrigerator and TV. The cleaning service was good. The location was good as well, just about 30 minutes from downtown LA and very close to highways and shops.

Room could have been a bit more inviting and cosy, but generally, it was good enough for the night. Hairdryer didn't work, but we didn't really need to use it. A coffee or tea maker in the room would have been appreciated.

I think the location of the hotel was perfect for me. There were a few stores and restaurants nearby so that was a plus. The staff members were also nice! Jay was friendly and gave an exceptional service! The rooms were also clean and were a non-smoking environment so that was great for us! If I ever go back I would definitely book a hotel with them!

Loved the extra open bedroom we have 3 teenag girls so it worked out great and the manager I believe he was the manager or owner) was always outside greeting the guest asking if they needed help and offering coffee he even had a conversation with us in the parking lot as we loaded up our car in the +100° weather he was a very nice man will definitely stay there next time we visit our family in Pico Rivera 😁

There is a clay pigeon shooting range nearby that was open until mid evening. That sound of gunfire was unsettling at first but when the manager explained what it was, it became merely a minor inconvenience

This hotel is basic, no frills but very clean. It served it’s purpose. We had a party to attend and needed a place to stay for one night. This is our 2nd time staying here.

The bed is a little hard and the sheets were slipping and not tucked in.

Although the motel was not super updated, it was clean, and the amount of space was amazing! (We traveled with a family of 5, so a room with three real beds is not easy to find!) It was an incredible value for the money. The staff was friendly and accommodated a very late night check in. Would recommend!

Steps needed to get to the 3 Queen Bed Room.

Great space for a family, plenty of room for us and our three kids. The four year old got a bed to himself which he loved! The mini fridge was very convenient too. But most of all the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going the extra mile when my son lost his special blanket.

The minute stepped into the lobby 2 get room - was greated by a gentleman- Mr Jay, he was such a pleasant professional & smart man that just completely made the eve even that much better. Took care of needs for the eve & also very important tip everyone!! If your Military/ Veteran, etc definitely let them know because they do honor them & of course discounts just as they honor ur usual AAA, & other discounts. Mr Jay also being an old Veteran himself. Thank u Mr Jay for ur service both off & on work. Definitely returning because of him. 👍😎😊🦋
