The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC!!, the young lady that checked us in ( Danielle)I think, that was her name was SO NICE!! Check in was quick!! I purchased 3 robes for me and friends as souvenirs..LET ME TELL YOU THIS HOTEL IS TOP NOTCH, PURE LUXURY!! FORT WORTH HOTEL. The front desk, bellman,wait staff,valet,room service that changed bed in room 720 from Feb.18-19 was excellent!! There is nothing bad to say about this hotel and all three of us were satisfied..THANK YOU OMNI FORT WORTH FOR MAKING OUR STAY EXCEPTIONAL!!

I wish BOB steakhouse was open on Sundays.

We’ve stayed here several times over the years but this visit stood out as an exceptional experience. Staff was over the top welcoming, kind and gave excellent service. Breakfast is always delicious, well displayed with great selection of quality items. Omelet stations was delicious and love having a lot of coffee for us to serve ourselves. Wish we had time to enjoy the pool this trip. It looked beautiful.

Only small fault was that the PIN number for our vehicle didn’t register with the valet desk the first times we used text system so had a small wait. Otherwise, it worked well on all following times. Lots of valets on staff to handle the masses. Kudos.

Air conditioning didn’t work and no one came until noon the next day to look at it and I called at 8 pm night oh to the front desk to have someone switch my room or fix the ac and nothing happened I just sweat it out all night. I lost my jacket in the room and someone from housekeeping must’ve kept it or thrown it out.

Everyone I talked to was very friendly. I really like how attentive all the staff was. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Would have liked to know that I could have texted valet to get my car faster. The line to leave the garage was not fun, as you had to wait for the cars in front of you to leave before you could leave. Did not like the fact that the valet parking was $45 per day when that was my only choice for parking.

Staff was wonderful, Starbucks in lobby (although always crazy busy), and the most convenient location for events at the convention center.

Don’t like having to pay for WiFi (and would rather they just bake into rate). Valet can get slammed and take a while to get your vehicle. Otherwise, not much they can do, but doors slam when they close, and I was surrounded by a team from a school where the kids ran back & forth to each other’s rooms - doors slamming each time. And not quiet, but that what you get when competitions underway at the convention center.

They allowed us to leave the car and luggage for a little while after we checked out so we could go eat breakfast and enjoy the area before leaving town. This was above and beyond service-wise.

There was one unfriendly staff member. A man working at the front desk. He seemed very put out that we wanted to purchase sodas from the front desk. He was a little snooty.

The service is stellar. The rooms were very clean. We received a complimentary room upgrade and they sent up a decadent cake slice for 2 in honor of us celebrating our anniversary. Easy walk around sundance square and Molly the Trolly is a free shuttle stops in front of the hotel and covers the sundance square route.

Central to many locations within the city and very clean and upscale.

It was hard to get in and out of by car and the valet lost our keys when trying to leave so we had to wait for about an hour before we got our car. In addition, the photos on bookings app did not match the actual room we ended up receiving which was slightly disappointing.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The check in process was made to feel very personal. I liked the fact that the hotel offered some different dining options and a great bar. I mentioned it was our anniversary and it was a nice personal touch when there was champagne and a dessert waiting for us in our room.

Maybe better pillows. Best pillows I have ever had were at the Gaylord in Grapevine TX. In fact I ended up buying some of the same pillows after staying there. Can't remember the name off hand, but other than that it was a great stay
