Location was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was cappuccino, yogurt, croissant, and juice. The best part was that the owner (or owner’s son) stuck around waiting for me. I’d said I would arrive at 5:30 approximately, but a bus was substituted by Trenitalia for a train connection and the bus was over an hour late to the connecting station. I arrived wet and nervous and there was the owner a moment later. He’d seen me and figured out who I was. Whew! The owner also gave me a bus ticket to get to the Valley of the Temples. Great stay overall!

The property is located right in the historical center, great for visiting the city on foot and within walking distance of train and bus stations. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered is quite simple, croissant and genovese, but we were asked if we wanted toast, etc.

Our room was over Via Atheneia, the main street, so at night there could be some noise (especially from the garbage collection). The room was also adjacent to the breakfast room (the only door was to that room); during the breakfast time, it is less private and it is not really possible to sleep late due to the noise.

Agrigento is an area worth exploring and B&B Dimora di Girgenti is the perfect base. Spacious and comfortable with a great breakfast included! Fabio met us at the arranged time and was super helpful in answering our questions and helping us to settle in. The apartment is right in the middle of town, very close to cafes, bars and restaurants but far enough up the alley to provide a quiet retreat when needed. Just a short walk to public transport so we could easily connect to local sites such as the Valley of the Temples. We were traveling with our adult daughter and we all had our own space. We thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Excellent accommodation in the centre of Agrigento. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a beautiful terrace with a sea view. Good, simple shower that worked well (unlike some of the more elaborate ones we experienced in Italy). Very tasty breakfast with toasted cheese or ham on top of the sweet Italian items. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but Fabio immediately provided one when we asked. On a Friday night there was some noise from the cafes on the street but not enough to stop us sleeping.

Fabio is an exceptional host and very friendly ! He really pays attention to everything so that you feel at home ! The apartment is jn the middle of the city with easy access to the restaurants, mini markets, bus station ! The room was very clean with a very big terrasse so that you can let your swimming clothes dry! Very practical! Breakfast was very good and is enough to start the day ! Thank you so much Fabio (and your team) for everything ! We wish you and your family a further very good business !

This is second time we visiting Agrigento and second time we staying in this lovely B&B. Beautiful place to stay, central location, we had beautiful terrace. Fabio was very helpful. And It was really warm gesture from the owners to offer us some wine and small bites. Thanks again, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back next year. Just one note about parking. It can be quite busy during evening times, we suggest to try to arrive earlier, like before 15:00, otherwise you could have issues finding parking spot. On our first day we arrived at around 19:00 and we spent like 1 hour driving around parking until we found empty spot.

The property is right in the center of everything and also easily accessible walking from the bus. Fabio was an excellent host. He allowed me to check in earlier since my bus was arriving a little earlier. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, separate bathroom was spacious, clean and the shower was great. I enjoyed fresh pastries, yogurt and cappuccino every morning prepared by Fabio. Wi-Fi worked well, check out was also flexible and easy. The location is just perfect.

What a pleasant surprise this accommodation was! The welcome was truly friendly, and the room fully met our expectations. The location was excellent, but it’s good for those with limited mobility to know that there are a few steps to climb. But that’s how it is everywhere. The owner kindly offered to help with everything.

I cant say enough good things about Dimoro di Girgenti! This place is absolutely lovely. The space is clean as a whistle. Fabio is just the nicest host ever. I speak absolutely no italian, but Fabio took the time to use google translator to answer all of my questions. The space itself is amazing! Its right in the historical center of the village. Each day church bells remind you that you arent at home anymore. Staying here is like being transported back in time (in a good way). Fabio provided a beautifully presented continental breakfast each morning. The rooms are very clean, and as a spcial bonus have fabulous terraces! I cant say enough good things about this awesome B&B

Beautiful B&B in an amazing location in central Agrigento. Our host, Fabio, was great - very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the terrace overlooking the main street is wonderful: we were able to relax with a glass of wine and soak up the ambiance of this lively city. There are many interesting bars, restaurants, shops and cafes nearby and the Valley of the Temples is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Fabio served a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

One can’t park at the property - the parking place is about a 5 minute walk away - but this was a minor issue.
