Great place to stay in early October. The owner Vincenzo was very hospitable, informative and very willing to help. The room and en-suite were clean and a good size. The pool was a good size, clean and safe. Around the poolside were plenty of loungers and there was plenty of shade available as well as sunny areas. Breakfast was good with Sicilian sweet cornetto, yoghurt, meat filled rolls, and scrambled egg on offer. The location was convenient for Agrigento, about a 10-12 minute drive.

The location is remote - easy to see this on the map. Not an issue for us but might be for others. Apart from the main road, other roads can be very small. We had an interesting drive on a winding and very narrow road to a local restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming host who truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, fresh, and prepared with everything I could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep, and the rooms themselves were spacious. The entire property was stunning, with beautiful outdoor spaces that made it a joy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Attention, there is a similar adress (Via Platone 17, Agrigento) in the larger Agrigent area which is situated east of Agrigent city in a rather unplesant, dilapidated village. Our car first navigated us there. You have to directly navigate to "Villa Kairos" and not the address if you want to find the right place...

We opted to stay outside of the main town of Agrigento to have a change and relax with a swim. This place is amongst farms and less than 15 minutes to the town and the temples. The pool was great. The hosts were excellent and helped me improve my Italian. We were welcomed with a cappacino and breakfast was good. They even helped with printing a document from home that I needed to take care of. For dinner we did venture to Agrigento. We would stay here again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Villa Kairos The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the Valley of the Temples. What truly made the stay special was the exceptional service. we especially want to mention owners, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel and want to thank Vincenzo and Sabrina for their fantastic efforts!

everything was perfect

Great host, nothing too much trouble. lovely breakfast. Comfortable rooms with balcony or terrace. Pool was lovely, although weather not quite hot enough. Parking was good, very secure behind locked dates. Beautiful views of the countryside.

More written information regarding local amenities, particularly places to eat and attractions would have been useful, although the host when asked did offer the information.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Kairos. Room was very nice and modern beautiful bathroom. Excellent breakfast and the owners are very friendly. Big swimming pool with a lot of shade. There is not much in the area, but beautiful and quiet surroundings. Good stay to relax and nearby Valle dei Templi.

It was amazing, the room was good size and very clean. The property was very private and there was a good place for a car. The breakfast room was cozy and easy to enter from the room. Also, the yard was spacious and the pool was great. In the pool area had a lot of room to sit and enjoy the sun. Also, the host was the most kind person we met in out trip.

We like the owners, the garden and the room. It worked out ok as a location to visit the Temples. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the garden was spacious and empty. Breakfast is basic but enough, nothing cooked, cereals and croissants.

We didn't like how much plastic was used rather than glasses and cups. We thought breakfast would be more special.

We only needed a place to lay our heads a few hours before moving on to our next destination. Vincenzo was awesome, communications were good and the room was super clean. He made us a great breakfast in the morning and we were off and running.
