I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming host who truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, fresh, and prepared with everything I could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep, and the rooms themselves were spacious. The entire property was stunning, with beautiful outdoor spaces that made it a joy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

We opted to stay outside of the main town of Agrigento to have a change and relax with a swim. This place is amongst farms and less than 15 minutes to the town and the temples. The pool was great. The hosts were excellent and helped me improve my Italian. We were welcomed with a cappacino and breakfast was good. They even helped with printing a document from home that I needed to take care of. For dinner we did venture to Agrigento. We would stay here again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Villa Kairos The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the Valley of the Temples. What truly made the stay special was the exceptional service. we especially want to mention owners, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel and want to thank Vincenzo and Sabrina for their fantastic efforts!

Great host, nothing too much trouble. lovely breakfast. Comfortable rooms with balcony or terrace. Pool was lovely, although weather not quite hot enough. Parking was good, very secure behind locked dates. Beautiful views of the countryside.

More written information regarding local amenities, particularly places to eat and attractions would have been useful, although the host when asked did offer the information.

It was amazing, the room was good size and very clean. The property was very private and there was a good place for a car. The breakfast room was cozy and easy to enter from the room. Also, the yard was spacious and the pool was great. In the pool area had a lot of room to sit and enjoy the sun. Also, the host was the most kind person we met in out trip.

We like the owners, the garden and the room. It worked out ok as a location to visit the Temples. The swimming pool was nice and clean and the garden was spacious and empty. Breakfast is basic but enough, nothing cooked, cereals and croissants.

We didn't like how much plastic was used rather than glasses and cups. We thought breakfast would be more special.

The staff were very friendly, the facilities were beautiful, pool was very good, breakfast was delicius, the owners recommend a very good restaurant and ‘pasticeria’, they have 2 little adorable dogs, nice and quiet location, nice bed and pillows, very clean. Free private parking. Owners give us warm welcome and drinks (cold beer).

Everything was great, maybe just the road to get there was a little tiny and bad condition.

Tutti! Seriously, from booking until leaving - this place was positively surprising to us (46 f. + 49 m.). Four 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The hosts were very spontaneous and very courteous. The place is equipped very endorable. All in all the owners made us feel very comfortable and safe during our stay. Even with locked parking. Location is simular to the pictures on the booking and website!

Vincenzo and Sabrina were very welcoming to us to their villa. They made us feel like we are at home. If you like a quiet place in nature and you have a car, then look no further and choose the villa. You wake up in the morning in serenity and listening to the birds. Let's not forget Frida, the dog. It is so adorable and friendly. My daughter fell in love with her.

We only needed a place to lay our heads a few hours before moving on to our next destination. Vincenzo was awesome, communications were good and the room was super clean. He made us a great breakfast in the morning and we were off and running.
