- nice location - responsive host - balcony accessibility to all rooms with nice view - free coffee pods and machine in each room

- no mirror in the room (annoying because we had the room with the exterior bathroom) - issue with someone locking the security door and we were not given the code for this during check-in / however the host was very quick to respond so it wasn’t too much of an issue

Upgraded to a “sea view” well you can physically see the sea but you have to look over lots of buildings and a block of flats first. A little bit misleading maybe?

Nice to have a fridge, kettle & coffee-maker in the room. The shared balcony was perfect to eat/relax. Near to local supermarkets & bakeries (several on Via Dante Alighieri), pizzerias (can recommend Pizza Lampo da Ettore & Pizzeria Dante). Aircon was also a heater (some days were cold & wet if you can believe it!). Communication & directions from host for arrival were timely & perfect

The listing had 'kitchenware' on the description, so I asked a question about access to kitchen prior to booking but there was no response - to be clear, there is no access to the kitchen, so we prepared cold food on the balcony, or got takeaway pizza

Very very comfortable bed, bedsheets, and pillows. Safe location and clear instructions on how to arrive. In the room is a kettle with teabags and an espresso machine.

No hot water in the shower 🙁 Someone else mentioned that the AC being directly above the bed was a problem. It sounds stupid, but it was a little bit. 9/10 from me anyway.

very close to the centre. Great sea view. Nice terrace. Good communication with the owner be it only remotely via WhatsApp.

No face to face contact with the owner or manager though all queries were answered quickly, fully and with great courtesy. No full length mirror.

The room was lovely, perfect location, close to the centre of the town so really easy to reach cultural spots and restaurants. Very quiet and safe area. Everything was perfectly clean and the host left for us coffee, tea and some snack! Thank you very much!

Great breakfast with coffee machine. Lovely and clean room with ensuite bathroom all in good working order. Good bedroom. Lovely terrazza with seats and great view of the town. Good location. Highly recommend this place.

Good location, very lovely room with balcony. Host let us to leave laguage before check in. Everything was clean. Booking doesn't include the breakfast, but the host invited us too many tasties. Also there was espresso machin, wich let us to begin the day like Italians :)

Great view of the sea. Easy check in process. Free street parking was easy to find. We enjoyed the free breakfast of coffee and food. All around a great place to stay especially for the price. I would highly recommend booking this place.
