The apartment is well located with many restaurants nearby, the historic center is just a couple of steps away, as well the archeological area, which for you need a car. The area is crowded but very quite and you can easily park a few meters down the apartment. Communication is easy and quick. Silvestre was always quick and helpful to our questions and doubts

The access to thecode for the keys could have be by message under booking app and not by a phone call, but at the end it worked

We visited Agrigento outside of the touristic season, so the host didn't greet us and had made other arrangements with a café under the B&B for breakfast... Otherwise the room was great, clean, and very big! Check-in was smooth.

The breakfast was the most disappointing part because we weren't able to eat something that would sustain us until lunch. It was not as advertised.

The room was nice and large and tastefully furnished. Very central to Agrigento Central Storica and close to Valley of the Temples. Sylvistre the host was friendly and communication via WhatsApp was good. He even arranged a discount at local restaurants for us! The breakfast is provided at the bar next door and is fairly basic.

Male solo traveller in his 60’s. I really liked this place. Very clean, tidy, comfortable, nice modern decor and in a great location. Very close to the train and bus stations, the old historic town and restaurants. I had a nice large room at the front with en-suite. Silvestre went the extra mile to help me with late arrival time, weather updates (including the offer of an umbrella), bus routes/stop info/fares, tourism suggestions, and on my request he reserved a table at his friend’s restaurant (Capotavola - great restaurant, great food). He’s a really friendly and relaxed guy with clear and quick communication. Breakfast is served via a small friendly cafe immediately below the apartments. Again, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is coffee, juice, croissants and hot savouries - just ask. I easily recommend this place - great value I really enjoyed my stay here. Just a factual note: Access to the front door is via about 10 stone steps.

There was some occasional early morning conversation noise from the cafe below but that was minimal and acted like a welcome alarm clock for a late riser like me.

The room was spacious, spotless, and ideally located just steps from the main street.

Breakfast included just a coffee and croissant served at the café below the property, which felt quite basic. Finding parking was a bit confusing and could be better explained.

Location is great for exploring the town and fairly close to the Valley of the Temples. Local people were helpful in guiding us. We ate really well, i found the food to be delicious, including the breakfasts.

Better parking

The host was exceedingly helpful and gave us plenty of suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. We received complimentary food, bowls, a blanket and wipes for our dog, which was a very nice touch. We stayed in the grey room, which was enormous with many complimentary toiletries in the fashionable bathroom that left nothing to be desired. Location was 5 min walk from the city center, very convenient for a stroll around the shops and sites. Thank you for making our stay wonderful, we would definitely come back!!!

The complimentary breakfast at the Bar Trinacria was fantastic, but we had to walk 7 minutes to get there. Really not a big deal but something to be aware of. Alternatively, the bar/tabacchi is right downstairs and offers breakfast, but the choice is a bit more limited.

Lovely traditional room with all facilities you would need for a short stay. Lovely to have a balcony overlooking the street. Great location with many bars, shops around. WIthin walking distance to old, historic centre.

Very attentive host (although only speaks Italian). Modern and clean apartment with comfortable bed and nice bathroom with large shower. AC works good. Little things like bathroom items were also thought of.

Breakfast means some moderately tasty pastries and a coffee at the neighbor's shop. The mini fridge is much too small.

the location was good and we were able to find a good parking spot in front of the building

It was fine for us due that we just brought backpacks but you need to take the stairs, this is only an observation for the people in case you have big luggage
